Location is excellent, just off of the “ I”

Ordered some meals off of the menu and the bartender insisted on bringing it up to the room. Well, okay, but we had a Birds Eye view of the bar area from our room. Almost 20 minutes AFTER the guy put the three containers on the bar, I decided to go and get it. I ended up just getting off of the elevator and she came racing with the food. I signed the slip and got back on the elevator. Well, I really should have refused it!!! The food was no longer hot and there was a dessert with ice cream. What do you suppose happened to the ice cream in a bag with cooked hot food in the beginning? It was almost half melted, like regular cream. So, I will never do that again.

Spacious room with many amenities. Clean and comfortable. Great hot tub & breakfast!

Had to ask for coffee pot & blow dryer, but staff was super-fast getting them to us! Only one wastebasket in the 4 room suite.

The lobby and room were very clean, but the windows in my room weren't very clean. The concierge was very helpful and friendly, overall it was a very nice stay.

breakfast closed early, so we were turned away 25 minutes before designated time. Toilet gad cheap plastic seat that was loose and did not fit the toilet, annoying.

I thought our entry into the room was very small. the hallway was very narrow, but other than that it was great!

I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and the pool was great. This is where I’ll stay if I visit again.

I don’t think the room was cleaned completely before we arrived. The trash wasn’t emptied, missing some condiments at the coffee maker and the safe above the fridge was closed and locked unable to be used.

The bed was comfortable and area was quiet, and room was otherwise clean I would stay there again if needed a place to stay in town.

Very clean, nice staff, had to buy breakfast but was very reasonable and good food, nice beds, interesting hotel design, overall a very pleasant place to stay. We got in late and the beds were comfortable and room inviting. The shower was good and had a lot of water pressure. Air conditioning worked very well. Very close to Illinois State University (5 min).

My wife hated and I didn't like the door to the bathroom, it was a sliding panel that could be lifted. Normally the kind of thing you see occasionally on a closest, not ideal for a bathroom door at all! Minor quibble, also there were no soap holders in the bathtub so you had to put the tiny hotel shampoo and conditioner bottles on the edge and hope they didn't fall down.

Great location, amazing staff and super comfortable bed! Will definitely be staying here again!
