I have stayed at this hotel multiple times since 2024 and keep coming back because of its strategic location and good infrastructure. The renovated rooms offer a much better experience, especially the Superior Deluxe rooms, which include a mini kitchen, dining area, and workspace, making them very comfortable. The pool and sauna were renovated in late 2024, greatly improving the experience. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of juices and coconut water. The staff is professional and friendly, with a special mention to Mosita at reception, who was extremely helpful.

Half of the hotel still has old-style rooms, which are not as comfortable as the renovated ones. The lobby could be improved, as the lighting and seating area are not very inviting.

Location! Most comfortable bed I ever had in a hotel. Great breakfast and lunch buffet and a la carte in the evening. Spotless clean, excellent shower in the bathroom.

Housekeeping was a little irregular, missed one day and didn’t brought new towels nor made the bed. But the other days she did. Pool location is not ideal, doesn’t get much sun and the water was very cold. Could improve the lights in the room ( a little dark) and have more storage space ( there is just one drawer and one shelf and small hanging space). Could use a mirror for makeup and shaving in the bathroom. Small details only.

The breakfast is wonderful. The staff is very polite and friendly. The location is perfect. The beds are comfortable.

They were doing some construction work near the pool area and our room was very affected by the noise. They stopped over the weekend, but continued during the week. I think that any hotel that is doing construction or renovation work should be required to inform this at the time of booking. The air conditioning needs cleaning. I had allergies every day that I was staying there. All I had to do was leave the room for my allergies to get better. So I think the problem was with the air conditioning.

The location is great. Breakfast are very good. he ocean view from the balcony is a plus.

I believe with very little upgrade in the rooms, like more decorations on the wall (pictures frame), fixing some of the furniture (in my case the desk and closet wood had a lot of scratches) and upgrading faucets handle in the showers will bring this hotel to a high 4****. But these are minimal and still will book back the hotel if the price is right.

Super helpful staff who made recommendations on where we should go. They helped us to find a great place to dance Forró, and a Churascaria to eat beforehand, in safe areas. The added bonus is they had vouchers for a free caipirinha with their recommendations too 🙌 the room was really great, super comfortable beds and very spacious. All the facilities were top notch. The breakfast was also extensive. Fantastic, safe location.

Breakfast is good, staff need to know more English management should send staff for more English classes to improve the business, lunch buffet need to improve with more items, but not bad after all, I enjoyed

Need serving bar in the lobby, for guests to come visit they should have full bar to add more quality lobby and to have friends waiting with a drink, yes you can ask for a drink but the process takes to long, if you order water you must wait for someone to bring for you then you must paid either sign first or wait to get your change

A lovely hotel! I was very happy with the Superior room, it was clean and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic! Hotel is located just at the beach by the promenade, with restaurants and small groceries within walking distance. Would stay there again!

Staff does everything possible to make your stay great. Our son turned 12 at the day of check-in and staff made him a nice small cupcake with personal birthday wishes. Overall condition and comfort of the room were perfect. Perfect location close to the beach, boulevard and just across the night market. Breakfast is OK.

Wifi in the room needs improvement. Elevators take very long. Not enough elevators available.

Hotel staff is amazing, super friendly! Hotel has the best location and view! Breakfast has a lot of options, with tapioca and omelette made as you wish. Gym is well-equipped. Overall an amazing experience!

Location of the hotel was perfect! There’s a street in front of the hotel which you cross to a beach with chairs you’ll need to rent. It cost between $2-4 dollars from morning until 5pm. Lawn chairs are more difficult to find, you just need to ask for them. There’s a permanent Fair structure across the street from the hotel which opens in the evening until around 11pm - 7 days a week.

There are a few things that need improvement. First, you can hear conversations from the room above in our bathroom pretty clearly from the bath vents. None of the beds come with blankets with the air conditioning is not stable (constantly gets hot and cold) and lastly this hotel is tired, though it’s rated a 4 star. It’s more of a 3 star hotel.
