Ideally located for Porto Heli, and Kostas to pop over to Spetses. Husband unfortunately had had a fall before our short break, but he found access very easy as there are things in place for people with limited abilities. The breakfast table gave excellent choice for everyone, whatever your choice and plenty of it. The coffee was divine. Very clean inside and out. The staff were all very helpful and always had a smile.

Air conditioning units are a little noisy, but if you close the double glazing it helps.

This hotel is perfect. The owners are amazingly helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfasts and there was an amazing variety of food to choose from. The beach was across the road and had a beach bar and free sunbeds and umbrellas. This I would say was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, in Greece.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and the view from the balcony is glorious.

The beach isn’t really a beach and the beach bar is rather broken down and abandoned. A few plastic lounges devoid of a mattress . Perhaps it is still too early in the season.

The hotel Rozos is a perfect Family Hotel. You feel well like in family. The Boss Yannis is very professionnal and always think to the comfort of the residents. Goog greek and international breakfast in the morning with fresh fruits and The Smile of the Ladies taking care of the breakfast buffet. Kind attention to Yannis, his wife and Eleni 🙂and Adollina with her wonderful beach bar. We will come back for sure. Kind regards to All of them from us

It was perfect

Very clean room and common areas of the hotel, lovely breakfast, free parking space, friendly and polite staff! We spent 5 nights and we really enjoyed our staying! We had sea view from our balcony! The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket. We would go back! :-)

Nice hotel on Porto Heli waterfront. We were able to leave our bags until check-in. Clean and spacious room with good size balcony overlooking the sea and lovely communal terrace. Great breakfast with lots of choice, short walk from ferry port. Friendly staff.

Super friendly and kind staff! Room was comfy and even had a mosquito net on the porch door - but airco as well, of course! Beds very comfortable, coffee maker in room and fridge. Fresh water given to us to drink daily. Breakfast is plentiful -and varied! Beach front with lounge chairs ! Water sports and small cafe on the water.

Can’t say anything bad at all!

The location right at the beach is wonderful. The staff were so nice — they put so much effort into making their guests feel at home. Also they coped really well with the flooding that occurred during my stay.

The mattress was a fair bit too hard for me. However this seems to be common in Greek hotels. Unfortunately they didn’t have another mattress on request, so I got used to it instead.

A quiet family run hotel which was the ideal getaway for a break away from the city. With a free beach across the road it was the perfect location to relax and unwind with a peaceful daily swim to start the day! Then, there is also easy access for travel to Spetses and Hydra from the Hotel! The staff at ROZOS were exceptional and very accommodating to our afternoon check in which meant we missed the breakfast buffet. Upon arrival a fresh fruit platter (including amazing figs) and freshly squeezed orange juice was brought to our room! The personal touch from the staff really does makes all the difference. A little momento was gifted to us upon leaving by the lovely Mr Gianni and his charming wife. Definitely a place I would return to. Thank you team ROZOS for the warmth of your hospitality!! ☺️

Very well maintained, super clean, great breakfasts, and lovely staff. What more can one ask for?
