This is a recently renovated hotel. I had a single person room on the roadside. It was reasonable quiet, and I slept ok. The bed was soft and comfortable. Reception staff were really friendly and spoke English. There is an elevator. Location is perfect for the main temples. There is secure parking available. Free minibar and snacks.

The breakfast is a buffet, but the hot food is cold. The containers are not warm. Cold fried eggs are not nice. There is an integrated kettle coffee bar unit, but there was no plug socket beside it. I had to move it.... it is a large unit. Airco was noisy and not too good. Hot water was really not hot. Kinda warmish

Spotlessly clean, modern and stylish accommodation in a busy, central location a manageable walk from the railway station and near the relaxing river walk. The staff are friendly and welcoming. There is a bit of traffic noise and not much of a view but the single rooms, although small, are nevertheless attractive, comfortable and very well thought out with everything you could want for a short stay. All in all, it's great for the price and I would have no hesitation staying here again.

I found that the fingerprint operated safe was too temperamental to risk using as it did not seem recognise my print every time. A keypad might be less flashy but is simpler and more reliable. The breakfast was OK but no more than that.

Perfect hotel. High quality at very fair price. Next to main temple in Phitsanulok. Best mattress I ever had in Thailand, as in 95% of Thai hotels mattresses are too hard for me for a comfortable sleep.

I could hear the steps and talking of guests in the corridor as if they were in my own room. Fortunately this happened only once. A very unpleasant city for walking since there is a lot of car traffic and there are almost no usable sidewalks. No fault of the hotel of course.

Staff - nice, informative ,and helpful. Location - very close to everything you want during travel. Room facilities - Big room, clean toilet with hot water, confy bed, and free snack and soda in fridge refilled everyday.

The hotel located just an inch to the main road. If you got the room on this side, during morning or daytime you might hear some noise that disturb your rest.

Single room was actually fairly spacious, very clean and comfortable. A free mini bar was provided and even though I put do not disturb on the door, the hotel staff still left 2 fresh bottles of water outside for me. Breakfast buffet was limited but did the job and staff manning breakfast were really friendly.

Room was on 4th floor over the road and behind steel mesh outside, so natural daylight was limited and road was fairly noisy.

Very nice hotel and room with excellent location being adjacent to the 2 main temples and river in Phitsanulok. Very friendly and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast buffet included. Very big and comfortable bed. Water, Pepsi and potato chips complimentary from the minibar. We would definitely return.

Shower a bit cold in the early morning.

Nice and rather small hotel located at a busy road leading into town. The back rooms are therefore more quiet. Rooms are not big. The beds are very good, and there is a good working AC and a small fridge with complimentary drinks. A big TV and good WiFi. Breakfast is rather good. Staff is friendly and helpfull

Everything was fine!

The property is just walking-distances to prime attractions and stores. The room is exceptionally clean. The free-of-charge minibar is also impressive–no one would expect, wouldn't they?

The room walls and door aren't very well sound-proof: I could have heard people passing by and their conversation from next door.

A great location as the main series of temples are just around the corner. Train station is walkable if you don't have too much luggage like me. And in the evening the walk along the river is quite nice. There is a shopping mall a short walk away.

This is like 4star business hotel in larger cities. The room design, furniture, and overall are suitable for a lone traveller, couples or family. There is a smaller, affordable room for one person too. The location, front desk and breakfast services are impressive.

The toilet bowl was not properly cleaned. There was a blood stain in the bowl and the toilet seat was sticky. The room was not pristine clean like last time.
