Interesting approach of having a hotel room at the area of a senior residence. The villa is in a perfect shape and you can take the breakfast with the residents of the residence.

Bit hard to find the entrance as it is not obviously where the main gate to the area is. Google guided us couple time around the block till we were able to find it.

Beautiful building with recently renovated, comfortable apartments inside. Spacious and well furnished. Unusual location within a aged care complex. Pictures provided on booking are limited and under-represent the premises.

Once we figured out how to find the place and get it, everything was great. Spacious, comfortable place on the property of the retirement community. Good value for the money. Helpful, friendly staff.

Better directions on how to access the property! Need to provide specific instructions to enter through the DOMITYS gate on Avenue Eugene Ducretet because you cannot see the chateau from the street.

The kitchen was poorly equipped- no bread knife , vegetable knife, meat knife etc No wine glasses, no corkscrew, no bottle opener 1 small saucepan & 2 convection rings No oven... Not self catering as we know it

Big, comfortable room. Nice staff, they don't speak English but made an effort. Let me store a small bag there for a week.

the apartment was great and very comfortable. the exterior had an old world charm but the rooms were brand new. it also had air conditioning which was greatly appreciated.

the set up is a little strange. it’s basically a retirement community, and the hotel is in a separate building. you have to buzz to get through the locked gates. we weren’t sure how to get inside at first. it’s probably challenging for the staff to manage both types of facilities.

I thought the staff were friendly and very helpful. Loved the pool and the Japanese Lasar sauna. The apartment was perfect for me as my husband was in hospital with broken leg post ski accident. My apartment had a kitchenette so I was able to cook for myself. Room is very clean but communal hallway needs regular hoovering and my room was clean on arrival but I have been here 4 nights so cleaner needs to visit.to empty bins and change towels.

I think the main staircase should be cleaned . Room very clean on arrival but should be regularly serviced.

Recently refurbished spacious apartment, with good fittings and furnishings.

Apartment was not well serviced - no glasses, many kitchen utensils missing (e.g. breadboard, breadknife, ...). Check in was functional at best, rather than welcoming.

Overall a spacious modern apartment with a large terrace, we felt like we were staying in a castle! Quiet and secure location with parking available for guests.

- It would be good to vacuum the entrance/hall area once.. the carpet leading from elevator to the room was extremely dirty. - During our stay the sink pipes in both kitchen and bathroom were leaking, so we were not able to use them. We advised reception but nothing was done to fix it. - The cleaning lady came at 9am on January 1st..
