The beds so comfortable the extra pillows the breakfast is good the design of the interior design is wonderful the new smart TV is great

The construction of the skytrain loud noisy early in the morning I understand it can not be helped if u want sleep ear plugs or other location during the construction it's very noisy The pub baselines the owner and staff don't care if u have a allergy to vape smoke or cigarettes I have asthma it's on the patio no smoking but people do it and they do not enforce it because they want tips the staff are told by the owner turn a blind eye even if it costs someone health the bar tender Tony didn't care I would not recommend that place to anyone as specific as a person with a disability or medical

The room was a good size, nice to have a fridge and microwave. Good that the room was heated, not cold upon arrival. Enjoyed free breakfast and free lemon flavored water in front lobby.

The sofa was uncomfortable, too firm and the hair dryer didn't work. Since the plug worked for my cellphone charger there was an issue with the hair dryer. Also there was no recycling bin. Breakfast eggs and sausage were too salty

The beds were amazing! The staff were lovely and the process was super easy to check in and out. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great!

In the morning, when sometimes people are trying to have a sleep in, the cleaning staff were super loud. One lady was talking non stop on the phone at a loud level and it was really annoying.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and clean.

The refrigerator in the room was not working. I had my son's medicines with me so I had to leave them downstairs with the management we stayed there for around five nights and every day I had to go downstairs to get the medicine and then give it to my son.

The inn lived up to its name. It was comfortable and clean. There was a nice breakfast and a pub next door so meals were accessible.

The location wasn’t good in the respect that there was construction all around it. There was a pub next to the property otherwise you have to order in or go out for different food other than pub fare.

Breakfast was good, location was good. hotel was clean and despite being busy, it was a quiet room. I like that there was an amazing swimming pool across the parking lot for the kids. It was lots of fun in the evening and nice and close to the hotel. We didn't use the pub or Tim Horton's but it would be a good thing to have close by if it was needed (also in the parking lot)

It was a bit pricey, but we did book last minute as our previous hotel was not a good fit for us.

Location was good. Lots of services nearby. Was very happy to get a warm breakfast. The people were friendly and helpful.

The beds were hard as a rock. Only sausage for breakfast meat and slightly watery eggs. Didn't use steam table properly and it caused condensation to collect in the scrambled egg bowl.

Convenient location .. we’d flown in to Vancouver from the uk (arriving 3am uk time) but were planning to drive out to kelowna (4hours) . We were tired and decided to stay overnight near the airport but wanted to get out of Vancouver centre to avoid rush hour traffic the next morning. Surrey was a perfect location. Well stay again when visiting kelowna.

No fresh milk

We didn't have breakfast - we had come for an event where breakfast was provided We really appreciated Peter at the front desk, check-in was great with our pet and he was so helpful at recommending places to get dinner. Also when we came back with our takeout food and had no cutlery or plates Peter provided them for us.

It's somewhat pricey

The breakfast was good. Lots of choices, fresh fruit, cereal, waffles, hot breakfast of sausage, eggs and potatoes. My husband and I were very impressed with our stay. The staff was very accommodating and super friendly. Thanks for a great stay, we will see you again! Kudos to your whole team!

As a pet owner I truly appreciated being able to bring my little dogs with me. I think a fee per dog is not necessary. The rooms are pet friendly, no carpets and great for pets. Maybe raising the fee to $20.00 across the board or an extra $5.00 for 2nd pet would be more suitable rather than $15.00 per pet. That would be my only suggestion.
