The location was perfect - walking distance to the town centre but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. The hotel is very tastefully and pleasingly decorated - simple but very stylish - and it has a large and beautiful garden. Our bathroom was recently modernised and very clean.

We were slightly disappointed in the size of our room, having booked “superior’ but it did have a large window overlooking the garden which made up for this. Unfortunately there was no shower screen when we were there but maybe rectified soon.

I arrived late at night and was delighted with the warm welcome. I was helped with the luggage all the way to my room (even though I am sure that is not required). The room was lovely and comfortable and had a nice view. The garden was pleasant and breakfast and coffee very nice. The staff went out of their way to make my stay an excellent one. Super professional amd super helpful. Holding on to my valuables, offering me international adaptor plugs, advising me on local eateries and directions, organising taxis - highly recommend this property to visitors and will definitely choose it again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location, walking distance to all amenities and attractions. Dog friendly with own garden. Was given a ground floor room with direct private access to the garden, which was ideal for our dog.

Private car parking was essential due to being on a busy one-way street, but felt that it should be free parking for guests.

Great staff. I had to book an extra night due to travel restrictions as a result of the strikes in Paris. The team was very accommodating and offered me another room, that should have been a higher price, at the same rate. I had great conversation with an IESE alumnus at breakfast. Travelers to the residences tend to be folks with which once can have good conversation.

I stayed here in winter and it took a little while for the room to get warm, but extra blankets were already provided in the room and they were enough. The gate/door is locked in the late evening / early morning, so be sure to go to the main door or office to get to your residences if wanting to leave for a morning run or returning in late hours.

The location was good for us to visit the Chateau and the town. The room was comfortable with a desk, chair and electric kettle for coffee and tea. The breakfast was good with do-it-yourself hard boiled eggs and pastries. The hotel had a large outside patio and yard. The yard had a small shed with many toys for children to play with. That was great for my 2yr old grandson.

Be aware there is no lift. We were aware of that and only had small bags to carry up the stairs. One older fellow at the desk could have been a little more hospitable, the other staff were great.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming.. The gardens are beautiful.. we had a free upgrade to a larger bed and room .. a super large room with tea and coffee making facilities.. a lovely big corner bath ..very comfy bed..

We were on the 3rd floor... no problem for us but lots of stairs if you're less able bodied.. we were in the 2nd building and it felt a little disconnected..

The location was perfect for exploring Fontainebleau. Reception was friendly, and was quick and easy, and parking access was also easy to get into. Also they allowed us to leave our van at the hotel while we explored the town after checkout.

The young lady at reception was excellent and went above and beyond. The hotel was most forgiving of two mistakes that I made in the booking Proceedure. Excellent car parking.

Quite a long walk to town and to the chateau. And to restaurants.

No complaints. It felt harsh being told bags being dropped off early before check-in would be charged at 3€ each, but we were lucky to be able to check-in early instead

Beautiful grounds. My room was large and comfortable. Very clean and well kept. Management present at all times. I was only there for a quick overnight but would definitely stay again. The paid parking was easy and free (but inconvenient) parking is available on the surrounding streets.
