We stayed in the Colbalt room (top floor) and enjoyed the bright apartment. The location and room were better than expected.

The only issue was that we couldn't drop off our heavy suitcases before checking in which was really annoying. Wisteria isn't a hotel. It's a building with three (?) apartments. When I messaged them about dropping off my suitcase, they simply said this wasn't possible because the office wasn't open on the Friday we arrived. Upon arrival, I didn't see a lobby or a concierge. We ended up dragging our suitcases around town while visiting the market and the chateau. I would recommend this place and stay here again so long as dropping off your suitcase before check-in isn't something you need.

I loved the location and the apartment itself. The only downside (completely my fault) is that I did not check if there was a washing machine available, which was needed given the length of my stay! Ended up not being too much of an issue as there was a coin operated laundromat about 0.5 km away! I also loved the fact that there was a daily house keeping service!

The apartment was very well located, very near Fontainbleau Center, but not in the main street. The bathroom was excellent as well as the shower.

If you are visiting Fontainbleau, I would say this is an excellent choice of lodging, since it is very comfortable, well located and with a good value for money. Nevertheless if you are an Insead student (as I was) there are better alternatives (the Hotels inside Insead) which will cost you almost the same but with breakfast included.

For a place to stay for a night in Fontainebleau, I can't imagine many places being as easy or as comfortable as Wisteria. The check-in is via a lock box that is easy to navigate, and the building itself is quite safe and secluded behind a gate. The apartment we were in was spacious and comfortable and had a nice view of the street, and the bathroom was also big and clean with a nice shower. The breakfast that's provided isn't anything special, but the fact that there is a breakfast at all - some milk/cereal/a few slices of bread - is certainly better than nothing.

For some people, No TV could be an issue, but don't go to Fontainebleau to spend your time inside :)

My daughter and I stayed at Wisteria only for one night, but we really loved it. We stayed in Sepia room, it was great, especially a terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy a beautiful evening. The breakfast was left for us, it was very delicious and very well thought out, home made jams, yogurt, coffee was very good. Very pleasant stay, if we are in Fontainebleau again, we certainly will stay there.

Booking.com didn't inform us of a correct check in time, otherwise everything was great

Very carefully thought through. Modern interior taking advantage of beams and natural light. Very clean throughout. Kitchen was well equipped & breakfast was generous. Location worked well for us & we parked in pay spaces further down the road.

Very comfortable small flat in a central location. Close to bus from the railway station and to the bus route for insead / chateau.

No problems. some might not like the stairs (it’s on the second floor) but they were fine for us.

Central location, quiet, privacy, amenities for food prep & dining, ease of access.

The room was cold at night. The radiators did not work - presumably the heating was not yet switched on.
