Very beautiful property with tasty restaurant and warm, professional hospitality. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. We had quite a few pieces of luggage and staff helped guide us to our rooms with a golf cart. They prepared a lovely birthday surprise in my room when I arrived. We were very impressed with CRAFT’s dinner buffet and the staff who kindly explained the dishes. Hotel staff also helped to book an incredible horseback riding experience with Henson that highlighted views of a Chantilly castle, and beyond riding, great horsemanship.

As our visit was in the summer we were looking forward to the air conditioning in the rooms. Unfortunately we ran into some issues, however the hotel did their best to correct.

Beautiful place, very romantic and lovely. The place is surrounded by forest, the air is fresh and clean. The swimming pool was great and so was the food and staff. I absolutely loved it. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Getting more pool time for kids and especially more hours for the kids' club would have been excellent. For example, I don't see why it can’t be open between 12h and 13h and later in the evening.

The hotel’s location is perfect, in a calm campus layout in beautiful nature. The renovation from an old mill is very nice, we liked the industrial design. The Craft restaurant is also very cool and we liked the breakfast very much (also the dinner). The reception staff is wonderful and very professional, they have explained everything very clearly and gave us some tips how to book horse riding and visit Chantilly castle.

The Spa centre could be better. It would need some adjustments because it’s not on the same standard as rest of the facilities, which honestly is a shame because we felt really good everywhere except the spa. There were too many people at once, the pool needs more maintenance but the outside lounge chairs are very nice.

Facilities were modern, clean and instantly made us feel comfortable. The staff was friendly and very professional. Though not all staff members could answer our questions directly, they were able to refer us to someone who could help.

The on-site amenities require reservation to access (2-hour spa access daily, restaurant, bike rental, etc). This was not communicated to us, which meant that we could not book our dinner or spa/pool visits during our preferred times. We almost did not get in at the restaurant for dinner! Because the site is away from the center city (Chantilly), we would have been stranded with nothing but a measly room service menu at our disposal. Future visitors should reserve amenities immediately upon booking. Better yet, the hotel can build a better welcome/onboarding sequence to communicate this system to new guests before they arrive.

During our stay at La Pavion Chantilly Hotel, we had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary talents of Chef Zhore at craft restaurant. We had a specific dietary craving for Chia with coconut milk, lemon, and honey and fresh sunny side of eggs, even though they weren’t on the buffet, chef Zohra graciously prepared item for us. This was incredibly thoughtful and showed a true commitment to guest satisfaction. The buffet had a wide selection, but I was hoping for something a bit different. Chef Zohra took the time to listen to my preference and then created a dish specifically for me. The food she prepared was not only exactly what I wanted, but it was also incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. Everything I tested, including the custom dish was cooked to perfection. Chef Zohra was incredibly friendly and approachable. She took the time to chat with us about the food and genuinely seemed interested in our dining experience. I highly recommend dinning at CRAFT at Le Grand Pavillon Chantilly Hôtel and hope you have the pleasure of meeting chef Zohra.

It took one star off because at the reception they ask for €20 to stay an hour past the checkout time which made the whole thing feel cheap and not a 4-star hotel.

The staff was absolutely caring, respectful, and supportive. We were staying there as part of our wedding anniversary celebrations and we absolutely loved the stay. The spa was great and not overcrowded and the kids had so much fun. The view from the spa added so much to the whole experience. The staff managed to handle a glitch in a very short time and with very much respect and care for us. I was worried we would be dismissed as it has happened in hotels before when the staff cannot care less but here I felt welcome. We are thinking of coming back for a longer stay, considering this was a great experience altogether. The location is special, Chantilly was so cozy and pretty and it was just an hour drive to the centre of Paris. The restaurant and all the facilities inside the resort were up to the level and everyone was very friendly and polite.

The room was wonderful, comfortable and clean. We were in a duplex room with a cute spiral staircase. The selection at breakfast was great and we easily found options for our baby to eat.

The bed in our duplex was small. However I think it’s the only option they had to get the bed upstairs. We also rented a room for Grandma and her room had a large bed. The price for the menu at the craft for dinner was expensive and the food was ok. The service disappeared after the restaurant filled up.

Big and pretty property with amazing food , just incredible food for a hotel. Accommodation of food allergies was fantastic for Europe . The rooms are sleek and comfortable but no frills ( like not even shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion ) We had a huge crew of people staying ( 7/8 rooms ) for a week. Amazing business meeting areas , and conference rooms . Very good business meeting hotel

One person complained bed not comfortable, mine was ok but not special . That was the only comment I heard. Staff was overall quite good , not overly friendly but got the job done. Location is sort of on its own - no walking anywhere downtown which is totally fine . It seems parts of the hotel are still under renovation.

The rooms, reception, lounge, bar area, and restaurants have been finished to high standards with good quality design that invites you to relax as soon as you take the first step into the facility. The staff were great, super attentive to our needs, and very cordial. The breakfast was abundant and served in a very clean and relaxing environment. I would try to avoid peak seasons as it does get rather busy. There was also a wedding at the facility during our stay and while it didn't disturb us in the least, there were a lot of people in the breakfast room and sauna the next day.

The spa is rather small and was crowded with people. In fact I only visited it once and just used the pool for a quick swim. The saunas and hammam were small and full of people so I didn't use them. The hotel does use a booking system to regulate the number of people using the sauna at a particular time but it is open to the public and was still too crowded for my tastes.

Breakfast was quite good. Staff was friendly. Gardens and green areas are beautiful. Room was spacious and well equiped.

We arrived around 9 PM and had to carry our 4 bags thru a gravel road that leads to the rooms (petit pavilion). Same during check out 3 days after. When we arrived to the room there were only towels for 1. Called to the reception desk to get the missing ones but never arrived. Had to call again next morning. Kleenex and tea boxes were also empty. Balcony was quite dusty, and had dead bugs and leaves… and an ashtray, though I always request non-smoking rooms.
