Absolutely fantastic stay. Clean spacious room, lovely breakfast with plenty to choose, delicious coffee and fruit wine, directly in centre close to bus stop and also in between the directions you might wish to take - nowhere too far. Restaurant was lovely, looked like a popular place with delicious Czech cuisine. It is a traditional mountain hotel, not a luxury one but very pleasant.

There was nothing to dislike about our stay or properly, however, I would welcome kids portions on menu as I often had to order something I didn’t feel like eating but I could share that with my child who would have a bit. She would never eat whole portion which would come as both expensive and waste of food.

The hotel was very lovely with interesting decor all around its interior. Beds were super comfy. You could hear the river floating from the outside which was a very calming experience. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The parking lot is quite small but luckily we were able to secure ourselves one spot by arriving early. The shower pressure was absolutely terrible - something should definitely be done about that. Luckily we stayed there on a warm September night but I can't imagine coming from a ski session and not being able to enjoy a proper warm shower.

Comfy family room and simple tasty breakfast.

The dinner menu had a decent variety of options, but the flavors were quite mild, and some dishes felt a bit plain. While prices were reasonable, the overall experience didn’t quite feel like great value for money.

Hotel is in a good location and it is a good value for money. You can park there for free.

The owner seemed to be sometimes a bit nervous, bothered and not totally pleasant when we asked about something or wanted to pay at this end of our stay which is usually a standard. The window on our room did not have a proper courtain to block the light in the morning. One could not close the door on the bathroom properly.

Rooms are generally nice and clean, just simple good looking accomodation. I loved the outdoor sauna and restaurant. The best part of this place is the staff, extremely helpful, extremely nice. For them alone I highly recommend staying here.

Very friendly staff! The food in the restaurant was good, location was great!

The only thing I felt a bit uneasy with was the facilities in the room. Everything was quite old and for example the shower head holder was broken so in the tiny shower cabin it wasn’t really confortable to hold the shower head and clean yourself.

Great accommodation in the heart of Pec pod Sněžkou. Stylish mountain cottage with a very good restaurant, helpful owners. Dog friendly and a bonus in the form of a sauna.

Breakfast was ideal, both hot and cold options, coffee excellent, not from a machine! Bread was fresh and tasty was well.

The staff were amazing: made us feel at home and really looked after us. The room was big, the food in the restaurant tasty and there were loads of hiking routes around!

The room could be improved with a blind for the ceiling window (though I think this was about to be installed) and a kettle (though I'm sure they would have given us one if we'd asked).

Nice and cosy chalet with modern rooms. Great and friendly staff. The restaurant downstairs offers meals throughout the day. Big TV in the room and free parking.
