Clean rooms, fantastic pool, really helpful staff. Felt really looked after in terms of service.

Noise from other rooms was loud when people were moving about in morning. Location is great if you are driving. We chose to stay as we were attending a wedding 3 minutes down the road, and it seemed to be an inconvenient location for taxis to come to. Over the course of one weekend we prebooked 3 taxis: One taxi was half an hour late, another didn’t show up at all—leaving us stranded at 2am. Not a reflection on hotel and its facilities, but a consideration we should have had upon booking.

The food menu at the hotel is brilliant however the service can be really slow and at busy times you can be waiting for over an hour for food to come out. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfy beds!

The hotel has a strange policy not explained on the website where they charge you the full amount for your stay as a 'pre authorisation payment' and then charge you again at the end of your stay and to expect a refund of the original payment within 5 days. So technically you are paying twice and await a refund; this is not explained until you check out, even though it is listed as a 'pay at property'.

This is an excellent hotel with a service that you hardly see these days. The owners have passion in what they do and have a beautiful garden with all kind of trees and flowers and plants… we landed here and unfortunately my partner had to go to hospital due to lung collapse… I couldn’t have been happier that I had picked this hotel as everyone is very caring here and we had to leave our doggies in panic and had to go by ambulance to hospital. We caused trouble for other guests and we apologize to all… they understood this was an emergency and did everything to make my stay as good as possible!!! I love this hotel and their staff… we are still here to recover …thank you … the rooms are big and spacious and very clean!!!! Nice touches and just great!!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great outdoor area and pool. well designed Bathroom and good shower. Excellent food.

Bedroom was uninspired and flat, everything was white a couple of bright local artist pictures to break up the white would be great. Maybe Dali prints Mattress needs upgrading, noisy springs and uncomfortable bed. Bar menu not on show, so only descovered we could order a light snack on the last day. Breakfast menu not immediately obvious regarding omelette 's etc The wine list in the restaurant did not offer anything by the glass.

We regular stay in Figueres as a stop for our trip further in Spain. Friends of us recommended this hotel and indeed it was good. It is a bit further from the city but no problem to take the car for visit. We did not had dinner in the hotel since we know a good place to eat near the Dali Museum. You can take very early the breakfast. Classic buffet but plenty of choices. We had a room with view over the pool and no problem of any noise. PS: In the near towards the autoroute you have a gas station with good (= low) prices. This was a bonus as extra of the stay :-)

Nothing special

Nice hotel for an overnight stay. Close to the highway and still quiet enough, at least to the backside. Rooms are simple and on the smaller side but clean well designed. The beds are ok with firm mattresses. We booked without breakfast and the price for the room was ok. We also had dinner in the restaurant which was really special. Outstanding in quality and variety. Whereas the main dishes were good value for money, the starters were all overpriced. One has to be aware of the fact that prices are mentioned without the additional 10% tax. We appreciated the free and comfortable parking as well as the friendly and helpful staff members, in particular Maria at reception.

A real negative point is the bedding, just a plastic blanket with a sheet, that is below any modern standard.

Staff were excellent, lovely large pool with shallow pool for toddlers, secure parking was arranged on site in a locked garage ( at a charge ) breakfast was good, didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but the food looked good.

The hotel is reasonable close to a train line, if your room is at the front and if your a lite sleeper it may wake you early.

Great and comfortable hotel close to the AP-7 highway. We always stay here when we're heading for our holidays further in Spain. The family rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Also one of the reasons we always stay here is the restaurant. The kitchen here is outstanding! Great local food; fish, rice dishes and vegetables are served on a very high level. Staff is very friendly. Last time my daughter left her little stuffed animal in her bed and the staff was so friendly to send it back to our home address. Thanks so much!

We are making a stop over here every year when we come back from Ibiza. A very nice place to stay with very friendly staff and a very good restaurant. A nice dinner, good sleep and nice breakfast gives us enough energy to make the 1.250km trip back to Holland the next day. We always enjoy our stay in the Bon Retorn!

Perfect location for a stop off en route to the south. Fab swimming pool. Comfiest bed i’ve ever slept in. Fantastic breakfast with great coffee. Very friendly reception staff and great waiters. Small touches throughout the hotel show how much thought has been put into everything. I’d highly recommend a stay here.

Bit of a funny smell outside at some points during the stay. Inside was perfect.
