Amazing hostel. Very modern and nice. The sitting area downstairs feels like a nice cafe. Good, clean bathrooms with plenty of space. The whole hostel is super clean. The pods are comfortable with plenty of space to put your belongings while you sleep and they have lockers for your items too. The rooms also have air conditioning which is nice for those hot days. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The hostel was very quiet and relatively clean, with comfortable and spacious beds, good privacy (capsule-like beds with curtain/blind) and personal locker spaces. Even though the check in was not until 15:00 they allowed me to leave my bags in another area and complete my check in before midnight, giving me time to explore Melaka. If you’re concerned about the property having cats, you don’t need to worry as the facilities are kept clean and it seems like the cats are only allowed out into particular areas at certain times of day. They were also cute and very docile. Conveniently you can contact the host if needed using WhatsApp. Overall, good standard for a hostel.

You can’t wear shoes in the communal areas so naked sure to bring slippers for indoors. As I used the showers quite late, there was hair left on the floor in some cubicles which was a bit unpleasant, but luckily I found a clean one. The lockers also make a sound effect when being unlocked - although no one complained, I think it could have disturbed/woken up the other people when I used mine at night. Finally on the booking app, I saw that there’s a breakfast time set from 7:00-10:00 AM, but I don’t believe they serve any? If there are communal breakfast supplies, I wasn’t informed or shown to them.

The environment is clean and tidy. Three adorable cats take turns visiting their cat slaves every day. There is a water dispenser, tea bags, and coffee available.

It is recommended to add soundproofing cotton or vibration isolation boards to the door. Without these measures, the noise from opening and closing the door may be too loud and could disturb sleep late at night. The adjacent shop is a karaoke area, which will likely cause vibrations and noise that can continue late into the night.

The dorm was comfy with lockers and a key card to enter. Bathroom was big and clean.

I told them that I’ll be arriving early and they o wa ted to leave my bag until check in time but no one answered. So when I got there at 9:30 there was no one to open the door so I could leave my bag, thank god one of the client was there and let me in. Also, when I asked for a towel at 6pm, they « ran out because they were fully booked » how could that be possible ? That’s complete non sense to me, you should always have extra towel. The staff didn’t do anything about it except apologize.

I had ants in my bed and when I told them at the reception they acted all surprised, gave me a bug repellent spray though. I then also found loads of ants in the bathroom so it couldn’t have been news to them. Other than that we had a great stay, it looked really nice, the beds were comfi, it was modern and we did enjoy our stay.

Good sized sleeping pods with comfortable mattress, reading light and charger. The whole place was very clean. They kept the AC on through the day (unlike some other hostels) so that it was always nice and cool to come back to. A shirt walk to Jonker etc. Cute cats.

The rooms are pretty small with no windows. The electronic lockers are quite noisy, so in an 8-bed dorm you can expect to hear them opening/closing from 7am through to past midnight. There’s a display in reception that suggests the hostel puts on events/trips (which is a great idea) but actually that’s not the case - they’re missing a trick here as I would have appreciated that as a solo traveler.

We were let into the lounge area to wait despite being early. Everything was very clean and the cats were super cute. Lockers were huge and plenty of space for my large rucksack and small. Super cool rooms and we had a comfy double bed space which had plenty of room. I appreciated the modern bathroom spaces which were kept clean and 1 each for men & women. Right next to a night market, 7/11 & mall and a short walk from all the landmarks.

Nothing. No bugs and very clean 👌 All the guests were very laid back and chilled so it was easy to relax and sleep

The location of the hostel is really good - just beside Mahkota Parade (shopping centre with food and amenities), and about 15-20 minutes walk from Melaka's tourist places. The hostel is also really clean (clean toilets and shower facilities) and comfortable beds. There are also coffee, tea and snacks at the common area.

The check in process was a little strange as I could not enter the hostel (to check in) without a room card. Hence, I was stuck outside the door and needed to wait for someone to open the door, so that I could go to the reception to check in. The staff are also not really proactive to help with the process and are often absent/distracted at the reception to tend to the guest. The hostel also has cats that roam around during the day (a fair warning in case of allergies). The cats are somewhat friendly, but are caged up most of the time - which is honestly quite sad.

Good vibe in the lobby with people greeting me, offering snacks, etc. Comfy, spacious sleeping pod and secure locker provided. I was stranded at the hostel by the weather after checking out and the staff helped me try to get a taxi (very busy with chinese new year) and made me feel really welcome to hang out there until the storm had passed. Great location too- I felt safe walking home late at night alone.

The bathroom had run out of soap in the morning, and when I took the lid off the bottle to try to get more out I realised it was body wash, not soap/ anything anti bacterial. The sinks were kinda gross, hadn't been cleaned the night before. Wet toilet floors upstairs. A little dog was barking at each new person who arrived in the lobby, which scared people from certain regions, and was very disruptive to my phone call with a friend from home. One of the cats who lives there had extremely matted hair (had deadlocked in places) and really needs to be shaved, made me worried for the level of care she's receiving.

The hostel is very nice and cozy. The staff very polite and helpful and the location is perfect; not right at the center, but 5-10 min walk. The bathroom is pretty spacious, comfortable and clean. Value for the money definitely worth!

The hot water is not really hot and the pressure is a bit low. You can hear a little noise from outside, but it's ok. The matress is placed straight on the floor of the cubicle (no matress base), so after a while it becomes too hard and you feel it in your hips. No elevator.
