The facilities! Everything is nice!

Limited parking! Hard to find one! And..The hotel need to think about it.! And the housekeeping come at night to change the towel! We wait at noon and try to call them. They not answered.. So disappointed.

The water from the shower ran into the bathroom so the floor was constantly wet

I love all the breakfast menu. the room also very comfortable for us.

unfortunately, the fried mee is a bit bitter and we can feel the burnt taste. my husband manage to finish the fried mee, but not my daughter. :(

I dont like the parking... not enough parking for customer.. i have to park very far and worries about my car safety

It was a very well maintained place. The staff are super friendly. They are always helping and smiling. I really like the way they treat theguest. Housekeeping is coming daily to clean the room. The pool is clean and towels are available. Breakfast is good And very clean place.

I think some of the things need to be changed as they are getting old, although they were clean. I must not say that they are not well maintained, but they are just told. My request to the administration is to look for the Muslim showers and the switches in all the rooms as some of them are not functioning, the doors are not closing appropriately, the drawers are loose.

The view is nice from my room.. Actually Mula2 sampai saya dpt bilik yang view gym.. Sangat tak privacy.. Keadaan bilik npk Sempit dan sesak nafas bila langsir tak dibuka, tapi if I buka langsir jelas npk orang dari gym.. I request to change room, and the staff really help me until I got the room that make me feel comfortable.. Thank you staff.. Plus I don't get cash for deposit,but they let us check in first and pay latter.. it make me feel dihargai 😘 Thank you all staff Klagan hotel, you guys awesome 😎

No car parking for guest house.. We should get car parking. Breakfast also need something yang gempak.. Daging liat, and berulang sama menu.. Maybe Klagan should prepare different dish everyday

l like the restaurant, the food serve and all the meals. l also like the view from the hotel room, the hotel is clean and down the hotel there are a lot of shops, food court, restaurant, pop up stores and their prices are cheap l also like the staff who are very friendly and punctual the facilities are very good The lobby is large and spacious and have places for people to sit and relax. Please install outlet power charger near the sofa Lobby toilet is clean

a bit far from town centre but it is quieter because in town centre you can hear all the honk and hons which disturb your sleep during night and even day time. this hotel l sleep very well . Grab quite pricy about rm 20 to 30 rm according to peak hours. During peak hours going here will be a traffic jammed

Location is very convenient as it sit beside 1Borneo so finding food & shopping is not a problem. Bed very comfortable. My room also has bathtub but its not that very comfortable sit in. Breakfast also great & my favorite is their Mee Goreng. My room is on the 11th floor and view is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful

Housekeeping. I stay for 6 nights and I ask to clean the room every day and I think on the 3rd day, the cleaner didn't even wash my cup, not changing the wet towel on the floor and I don't even think they vacuum the room on that day. Also the room card key keep get faulty on the 5th day & last night. Its very annoying as I just back from my course and my room was on the 11th floor, I need to went back to the receptionist twice. I even don't let the card near with my phone

This is a big hotel with large room sizes. The shower is very powerful .There is a swimming pool that looked inviting. During Ramadan they put on a delicious spread at sun set that is keenly priced. The breakfast is very reasonable particularly when the hotel is quiet. Next door there is a large mall that has seen better days but still a joy to see. The ride by bus or taxi from the city centre allows you to see more of the city.

The toilet did not flush, you had to use the spray/wash to fill it. Apart from the restaurant there appeared to be nowhere to fill water bottles. If the eggs in the restaurant were not all cooked early and put in heated trays they might be more appealing.

Breakfast was fine. It was great having a swimming pool. The room was very large and the beds were comfortable. The position next to the hyper mall was a bonus because it had its own entrance and exit from the hotel. However, from our perspective, for us the location was a mistake; I hadn't realised there were several Klagan hotels, and thought I was booking in the city centre. That meant longer rides into the centre (but a quicker getaway leaving for Mt Kinabalu and Poring Hot Springs!)

We had to move the second night because a number of occupants had complained about the AC not working properly on our floor. We felt it was working fine in our room, however, they closed off the whole floor in order to investigate the issue.
