I believe the hotel keeps the "born of Peninsula soul" in the heart of New York. The location was in the perfect place that can ever be. Rooms were just renovated and you can use technology till to the end as you may can. Rooms were surrounded by big TV that you may also enjoy your own videos, or mobile phone by connecting them. Beds were awful comfortable, bathroom is well marbled and designed also big enough. Bathroom amenities look good, however Peninsula deserve more than them. Due to reason of Rooftap bar exist in this hotel, you will not want to go any other place. Jason is a great manager, try to contact with him at rooftop. Staff were very friendly, concierge especially Peter and Ryan are professional on their duty. If you would like to enjoy the city and taste the high demand comfort at the same time, you should definitely visit.

Bathroom amenities could developed more. Housekeeping should keep the standarts same for all shifts of them.

Service was ramazing Daniela from Guest Relations was amazing and even surprised us as it was our anniversary. Checking in was smooth, with Jameson and Paul at he front desk and they were super helpful. I love the Peninsula chain, and I visit regularly, It was my first time in Peninsula New York, and it has to be one of the best peninsula locations I have been to. The rooms are newly renovated. The service is perfect. The location is amazing. It has to be the best place to stay in New York. My dream is to spend my special birthday there with my girls. Will definitely be back.

Great location and the room was spacious and peaceful . The staff in the Clement bar and restaurant were amazing - friendly and extremely efficient, even remembering from day to day my likes and dislikes eg how I like my coffee and which fruit I preferred

In fairness, the refurbishment works were probably the issue but I was surprised to find that only bar food or room service was available in the evenings. Bar food choice was decent however. I also told them about a flickering light in the bathroom but that still wasn’t sorted two days later when I left

The rooms are dated and the meal cost was outrageous even for NYC. For a family of 5 to have a normal bacon and egg breakfast was well over $600

The staff was awesome, but the shower was broken and it took time to get it fixed. That being said, they offered me keys to another room. Great breakfast. Kind staff. Wonderful gym. The pool is not large but good for basic laps, not crowded, and beautiful views. Super nice staff in both the gym and pool. Very comfortable rooms. Great beds.

My family and I went to experience Christmas in NYC. The hotel location was perfect, we were able to walk to all of the spots- Radio City music hall, Bryant Park, Central Park, Rockefeller and Times Square. The hotel was lovely. We had a Junior suite that was very clean, updated, beautiful. We ordered room service for breakfast which was great. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

The proximity to public transportation made it easy to explore other parts of the city as well.

Value for money , room was ok size but gloomy since only window was looking at a courtyard with no natural light much coming in

The property was beautiful with a chandelier of fresh flowers as you enter. The property was clean and welcoming. The location was great and close to Central Park, as well as getting to Times Square and Rockefeller Square. We were able to walk where we needed to go. The coffee shop next door is the place to go for breakfast.

Granted it is a higher end hotel, but I needed an iron and hair dryer. I didn't have time to send out my shirt that needed to be ironed and most hotels have a hairdryer available. Breakfast was a little too overpriced. The eyeball art on the walls was not my taste.
