The property is beautiful and modern, and for what I needed at the location was perfect easy access to the freeway, and to the airport. You will be shocked at how you are treated by the hotel staff you’ll think you’re at a Four Seasons. They could not have been more accommodating or friendly or efficient, and while you’re checking in one of the staff members asked, if you’d like something to drink, they’ll even bring you a glass of wine if you’d like. I’ve stayed at this hotel, several times, and have referred it to all my friends, it is always a pleasure and an incredible bargain to stay there. Thank you to the staff they actually make it even so much better.

I couldn’t find one thing I did not like about that property, it’s A+, and for the $90 I spent there for one night, it was astonishing! This is a very well run hotel, that caters to its patrons.

The staff was excellent, helpful, and polite. They were very accommodating of my less than ideal Spanish skills. The food at the restaurant was good. I was surprised at how well equipped the gym was.

I was visiting Queretaro as someone considering moving there who wanted to explore the town on foot, and the location is not great for that.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. The hotel was centrally located and close to everything you would need or want. I most definitely would refer friends and family to stay there.

There is nothing not to like about the hotel, staff or location.

First the great; for a moderate price, you’re treated like you’re in a five star hotel. The staff Domun hires excel in the area of hospitality. They greet you like a friend when you arrive, offering a beverage the minute you get there. They get your name and refer to you as if they are truly grateful you’re there. I know, sounds pretty basic but I moved from the US where the feeling you get most of the time by employees is “next”, as they set their cell phones down after pretending not to notice you for a couple of minutes. This hotel is very clean, inside and out. The rooms aren’t spacious but are totally adequate and are laid out like typical hotel rooms. And they’re clean. It’s not my first time staying here and it won’t be my last. I use it as a way to get closer to the airport when I’m flying out. The restaurant is spacious and again clean. The staff is professional and proficient and the food is above average for a buffet. I also visited the bar restaurant and had a real dinner, which was pretty good. Everyone liked their choices. The bar was well stocked but the mixologist working that night was probably new as he wasn’t familiar with some pretty basic drinks.

One gripe amidst all the positives is the bathroom layout. It’s an open concept with the bathroom area walled off without a door. The shower and toilet are separate stalls side by side, but the doors are semi-translucent frosted glass. Neither of which’s doors go to the ceiling. Turn on the music if you’re occupying the room with anyone else in other words.

I like the fact that you can reserve the taxi for airport and you don’t have to worry about it. My flight kept changing the time and the front desk was very helpful changing the time each time we got updated on time change really appreciated the staff for that and their patience.

No pool, but the staff did mentioned a pool was in the works.

The staff at the front desk was satisfactory although I did feel some distance apparently due to my being a foreigner. However, one staff member, Fatima, was extraordinarily kind and professional.

The gym was equipped very well and included bottled water / towels. There were some maintenance issues (lubricant, etc.) on the machines. Also, the room air conditioner didn't have an "Auto" function so fan blew constantly.

Since we are both working online, it was great to find a hotel with a large desk and two chairs for working. It was clean and comfortable, with a variety of options for breakfast.

It’s a super clean modern hotel. It has a great bar and restaurant. I travelled with 6 other people - we all thought the hotel was excellent. The staff couldn’t have been better. A+.

The only thing - the volume on the tv in the bar was way too high.

I was especially pleased by the friendliness of the checkin personnel, Fatima, in particular. She was professional and friendly and started off our stay in the best way.

Nothing really… it was an excellent stay. Nothing to complain about!

I really appreciated the friendliness of staff and their attention to details of service. They even asked if they could bring items from the breakfast buffet. On my first day the head chef personally prepared the special enchilada dish of that region
