1. Great location, very close to a pretty and central beach section, good restaurants, as well as the train station that came in handy when going on daytrips to Florence, Bologna and San Marino. 2. Very helpful and friendly staff, including reception and cleaning. 3. Breakfast is good value for money, not a super wide selection, but everyone can find their favourite bits, may it be sandwiches, eggs, sausages, sweets, etc. For a week maximum, I think the selection works just fine, and food is delicious overall. 4. Additional services - we could hand over luggages for storing when arriving early, rented bicycles for very low prices and we got a room upgrade (might be thanks to low season) with the balcony facing the sea.

1. The bed and mostly the pillows could have been better quality and more comfortable. 2. The building is in a good condition but a general refurbishment might be worth it in the coming years. 3. Breakfast selection and quality have some room for improvement.

Clean room, good breakfast, very friendly and professional staff, perfect location close to the beach and a 20 min walk from the center of Rimini. We also had a balcony with a nice view on the sea.

Very thin walls. Our neighbors were so loud and would come back at 1-2am and wake everyone up. The whole stay we could not get a good rest at night. The hotel staff did speak to them, but that did not resolve the issue. But we understand that there is only so much they can do. You can also hear all the conversations in the rooms when standing in the hall. Also, the bed that is part of the bunk bed was rather uncomfortable.

It's a nice place for its price. The room for 3 is not big but still comfortable for a week of holidays. The personnel were very nice and friendly, and you can get nice Spritz for a decent price at the reception. The cleaning was daily and seemed good. The room has a mini fridge which is a plus. The aircon works without any issues as long as the balcony door is closed.

The shower floor is not even, so the water does not go into the drain, which is quite frustrating. There's a lack of hooks, so nowhere to hang a towel or clothes.

The hospitality of all hotel's reception staff was the highlight of our stay! Massive thank you to all the young crew on the desk, very friendly, helpful and with great level of English - nothing was a problem. The hotel itself was clean and spacious, nice size balcony too. All amenities we needed and everything in a working order. Hotel has a really good deal with near beach - great facilities at Nice discount.

Breakfast was OK but very repetitive and slow on being replenished when run out of eggs or salads. Fine for a couple of days but glad we didn't had it for longer stay.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Excellent service - that’s what keeps the hotel’s high rating. You really feel that the staff genuinely care: every request was given special attention and fulfilled as quickly and thoroughly as possible. The location is perfect, everything is nearby: the sea, a supermarket, and the train station. At the reception you can buy a very tasty iced espresso macchiato. Breakfast is good, with variety and fresh products. The room was cleaned every day. My stay left only positive emotions, and I will definitely come back again!

Personal was always available, except for the deep nights. Hygiene was unbelievable, they came to clean our rooms even 2 times per day. We booked months in advanced, so that might be part of the reason, but the price was extremely honest was how spacious the rooms were.

Water pressure in the showers were WAAAAY to low, so the temperature too was difficult to handle.

Great location close to (walking distance) everything including restaurants, beach, train station. Loved the rental bikes!

Very few outlets in the room nd had to rearrange furniture to find one that hold accommodate the jug for hot water (which I had to ask for). It said coffee maker in the room and I did not have one in my room. Bar open until midnight and it was loud (my room was just above the bar!)

We spent 2 nights here before returning home... the hotel arranged pick up from train station to hotel and then transfer to airport with no problems. All staff were friendly and the breakfast had something for everyone. The rooms were clean and tidy. Would stay again. Everything was within walking distance :-)

The bed was nice size but uncomfortable for us. Think we just missed our own bed.

Breakfast (included in the price) at the hotel Tiberius across the street was phenomenal. Location is perfect, off of main avenue with all the cafes and restaurants, but the street is quiet. Minutes from the beach, 15 minute walk to train station/bus stop/shuttle to San Marino. A/C, desk, closet space, balcony. Clean and comfortable, good value, friendly receptionists, family owned business, held my bags after check out. It deserves a higher rating on booking.com

Lighting in the room is not great, and shower does not have a shower handle, just a very dated and unsightly looking shower head. The room I stayed in needs a bit of updating, but it was still very clean and comfortable.
