The Hotel was beautiful and the interior looks a lot better then what the phots show. I loved the koi pond that goes underneath the building inside the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We went to have dinner and was absolutely impressed with the food quality and presentation, we were planning on skipping breakfast but was so impressed with dinner we had to stay. The room was stunning and very clean.

My biggest complaint is that I had requested the room to be made romantic for my partner as I discuss with the hotel 2 weeks ago, but upon entering the room nothing has been done. There was some load bang or noise that went of every hour or so, so I heard it throughout the whole night. I'm not too bothered by it but other people might. I wanted to use the bathrobes but they didn't feel very high quality and didn't look very appealing to wear. I would have like to use the tv but had a weird interface, I wanted to at least install Netflix or something so that I could use my account but the interface doesn't allow it. I am sorry to complain but beside these everything in the hotel was amazing and the service was absolutely amazing.

From the moment we arrived we were delighted by the location, the calm, spotless atmosphere of the interior and beautiful decor. The staff were wonderful too - friendly, professional, helpful and full of smiles. They were happy to help with any request. Crisp linen and fluffy towels were changed every day, gowns and slippers were also provided. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was wonderful too. We will definitely be back!

The property is still well maintained. We love coming to this place for a staycation , just to unwind. Rooms are 100% clean and beds comfortable. Love to come here to take a break. Will continue to come here. Keep it up!!!!! I wanted to extend my stay and the lady at reception assisted me and was also willing to help me look for another hotel since it was fully booked

We booked king room with sea view. The sea view is just a partial view as there’s trees. We were allocated room 8. Please state partial see view so that we know what we are booking. The restaurant can do with a buffet menu as well. just an idea instead of just a set menu with limited options.

Beautiful view. Comfortable bed and work area sufficient in room. Breakfast offerred a good variety and a lovely touch that they bring the continental breakfast to your table.

The room (5) I was in, was next to the glass door that allows access to the passage of the rooms. Every time someone went through the door, it would bang shut. So if you have 'busy' guests as neighbours, expect to know when they come and go. But overall a small nuisance. TV channels need some attention.

The place is amazingly, the food, friendly and polite stuff, the rooms are clean! That was beautiful, I'm definitely coming back..

The TV is outdated! Nothing to watch.. The walls are a bit thin... You can hear people talking from the other room if they are a bit loud...

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The view from the hotel's rooms and restaurant is gorgeous, and the quiet neighbourhood is exactly what we were looking for. Service at breakfast was impeccable and fast, without every making us feel rushed.

We were a little disappointed with the breakfast itself. Everything was beautifully plated, but fell short on taste.

The staff was the highlight for us. Especially the chefs - we had some amazing dinners! The breakfast was delicious too. It’s a small menu but everything is perfectly prepared. The rooms were comfortable as well, and the view from the pool was great. We had a good view of all the NYE fireworks from our balcony.

We booked a room with a sea view without a balcony, however, we were side on to the sea so you could only see it on one far side of the window and it was heavily obstructed by trees. 90% of the view was of a neighbouring property

The spacious, beautiful, comfortable and very clean environment. Exceptional customer service made me feel like royalty. The hotel is definitely home away from home. I love the beautiful views and that will keep me coming back. It's official I'm addicted to this place.

Besides that I'm a fussy eater but really the menu options are limited especially for breakfast. TV channels are not clear.

The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our bags were taken from our car into the hotel and up to our room. The lights were all turned on for us. We also for a lovely welcome drink on arrival. We requested a romantic turndown and the room was beautifully set up and decorated with rose petals on the . The candles throughout the room were all lit for us to create a perfect ambience. We loved the extra touch of cupcakes, chocolates and rose petals on the bed and throughout the room and bathroom. Bed was large and comfortable with very comfortable pillows. The room space and bathroom size was great. Robes were comfy and warm as well. Santiser was provided for us if needed. The balcony had a spectacular view! Breakfast was great and we're served a variety, from a cold to a hot breakfast with teas and juices. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel offered a gluten free breakfast, but when asked they weren't sure of it. So instead thwy offered a breakfast inclusive of whatever I wanted at no extra charge. I would have liked some gluten free bread or pastries/biscuits, but I appreciate them working around it and offering me anything of my choice.
