Great location, right in the center of the old city. Close to seaside, restaurants and historical monuments. The facility interior is a great combination between old and new and you can see that lots of efforts were put into it. The room was big, very comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was rich, fresh, eclectic and very tasty, and the staff's attitude and service was exceptional! Highly recommended!

What a gorgeous place to stay! More than that was Lena’s help in coming to *us* to help us find our way to the hotel (we were lost in Old Akko at night!). Our room was clean, and the view from the roof fantastic. Maharan was a very gracious host during breakfast.

The Arabesque is in a perfect central location for exploring the old city of Akko. Very well kept and maintained, super clean and nicely updated with loads of style. The staff was so helpful and patient and went out of their way to make us comfortable and to help us find our way. The breakfast was very gourmet and healthy - all fresh - veggies, omelette, small plates of traditional dips and cheeses, baked eggplant, fresh bread and baklava plus endless cappuccinos in a gorgeous space. I didn't want to leave. Really an exceptional place to stay, perfect in every way! I was super impressed and I'm picky!

So beautiful and so special. The breakfast is a ten out of ten and one of the best I ever had in a hotel. Staff is very attentive and friendly. The roof terrace is incredible and the building is just beautiful. We had the small room, beds were very comfortable. There is a kettle and a variety of tea and coffee. The location is in the middle of everything, you get all the Acre vibes you want :)

The bathroom was quite cold and by the time we left it smelled from canalization. Not a lot of space to put toiletries. TV was not working, it was supposed to get fixed but didn't.

The place impressed me with its authenticity.. subtlety and cleanliness, peace and comfort, and the option to sit on the roof in the evening and feel the breeze of Akko.. the location is great and everything is close by, I really want to come back...again...

What we like the most was the very special room. We were upgraded to a larger room and a monumental one at that. Service was very personal and breakfast was good and we could request special items. The hotel is located in the center of Accra very close to the market and yet very quiet. We very much enjoyed sitting and reading in the courtyard that was adjacent to our room. We could make tea and coffee in the room and order drinks at the small bar of the hotel where we also found complementary fruit.

The bathroom was small, we had to go down a couple of steps and there was a not completely fresh smell in the bathroom, allthough the bathroom itself was squeaky clean.

What a beautiful hotel. There were two locations about 10 metres apart. Both were lovely. There were so many nice touches in the decorating and design. The room exceeded my high expectations. The staff was so helpful during our stay. They went beyond expectations. Thank you to all, especially Mohammed and Lana, who helped arrange the next part of our trip under difficult circumstances in October 2023.

Amazingly thought out Hotel, with lots of art, finess and decor. Great team of employees to help and give advice, and always very knowledgeable and happy to lend a hand. Acre was kind to us. Lovely people all around, amazing views and calming atmosphere

Everything, including the combination of the ancient stone building and the luxury of its furnishings. Full of art and books. Super kind and helpful staff. They upgraded our room because they had a better one available.

Great location in the heart of Acre's old city, comfortable room with great bed and place for reading. Really kind staff always willing to help. Excellent breakfast.
