Excellent staff helped with everything and very polite and friendly. Adult pool tidy and peaceful, good breakfast buffet. Suite cleaned daily unless we requested it wasn’t. Good water pressure in the showers and facilities. Spa facilities are separate however we only went to the spa for couples massage so didn’t bother us. We were on our honeymoon and got our room upgraded for free and a couple of discount vouchers for use at the spa. Courtesy car very handy for general use in Wilea. Overall stay at the property was an 11/10, nice romantic and private feel to the resort and the rooms. We will be back to stay no question.

The staff was exceptional! From the check in process, to the Piilani (Chris) bartenders, to Casey and Eric in particular, at Nic's Fish Market, everyone was warm, courteous and service focused. The cleaning staff were very charming and polite. The food at Nic's was unbelievable, the escargot was in the top five I've ever tasted! Nicole in catering was also a delight to work with. I am a fan of the look of the Kea Lani, reminds one of a chick North African resort. It is well situated to capture some epic sunsets from the Piilani bar. The resort has a very classy look and feel.

The ice machine didn't work on our floor., but to be fair, there was one on our floor in the opposite direction. The building somewhat showed it's age, specifically the deck with the rust stains, minor issues for sure. We were, however a bit underwhelmed at the beach where the attendants were sticklers about taking chair and towels away right at or before 5:00. Not certain what the concern was, but if it was for safety, seemed more of an issue with there never being a life guard on duty, than a lounge chair on the beach after 5:00. Things seemed to close a little early, but I am being a bit nitpicky on that respect.

Loved the on-property amenities, especially the Makana Cafe/Coffee Shop/Store. The beach in front of the Kea Lani is fantastic, the view of Kaho'olawe and Molokini is amazing, and the central location among all that Wailea has to offer is wonderful. The staff was, without exception, friendly and accommodating. Luz greeted us at check in then provided assistance throughout our stay. Great stay! Can't wait to go back.

You need vegan options at your restaurants. I went to the podium at your breakfast/brunch buffet and was disappointed to learn that there were zero vegan options (other than fruit, which I already had plenty of in our suite).

Great location on the beach. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable.

We had booked a “room with a view” via booking.com. The front desk agent said we had been “bumped up” to a garden view. We actually had a view of a car park and garden. Not quite we had expected or hoped for (or thought we had booked), but it was quiet. Moving to a room overlooking the pool would have been much noisier so we stayed put.

The room was perfect! Housekeeping was superb. Location and room view were superb. The updated, remodeled crisp, clean and restoration hardware type style was perfect.

I just wish the resort itself had an American sit down restaurant and more area around adult pool. It seemed the cabanas at the adult pool were always empty, with this in mind maybe for guests who stay a week award them with a cabana one day. I would have like to see more activities at the resort available and more ocean equipment available for guest use.

Loved having a suite. Excellent message. Nick's and Ko's were outstanding. The early mornings on the balcony watching the whales, dolphins, and sea turtles were incredible. Loved the birds and all the trees. The hotel felt crisp, open, and clean.

Coffee in the room may be the worst coffee we have ever had. Room service coffee was terrible, too. Room service food was so-so. Didn't love the actual spa facility. The big brown condo/hotel blocking the view was an eyesore and distraction, and it limited the small beach even more.

The room layout was so nice with three kids. We could put the baby to sleep and our older kids could do room service or movie night. Or we could have some adult time! The entire property is really really beautiful and tastefully designed.

The prices were obnoxiously high for breakfast, even for Hawaii, but it was delicious.

The room layout is great for a family, a closing door separates the living room, had a sofa bed and roll away in there, very large bathroom and balcony. Good pools and lovely beach. Real bonus water refill everywhere and guest laundry room.

It is a large hotel, so a lot of corridor walking , only seem to be 2 lifts down, could certainly do with a few more. Also undergoing a massive refurb, we were told the reception was being done but hadn’t appreciated that meant jackhammer banging all day. Could still hear by the pool and breakfast was deafening. Would advise checking on this before you book.

Everything was PERFECTION! Book the option that includes breakfast and your morning time will be heavenly. Rooms are stunning, staff is welcoming, and the grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed the beach chairs, and the daily hour of free snorkel gear. Treat yourself and book the ocean view, or upgrade at check-in. We have also stayed at the Grand Wailea and preferred the rooms, pools, and restaurants more at the Fairmont. Enjoyed our experience immensely. We hope to return again!

100% happy with everything! Only disliked having to leave, and wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning property including the building and gardens, set right on Wailea Beach. Helpful staff, lovely rooms with great amenities including Le Labo products and Nespresso coffee. Great food choices on site with the 3 restaurants.

More children with their families than expected for this type of hotel. We avoided the pool with the swim up bar because of this.
