Good location, cca 25 min walk from centre, bus sop right next to the building. Perfectly clean, great mountain view. Summercard included.

Smoking place is just below the window of the apartment (Diana 1), so if you open the window the smell comes in. Beds are very very soft, for us it was uncomfortable.

Good location, 2 big bathrooms and really big kitchen, all very clean and as a bonus great view from our balcony. We used also wellness which was also nice.

The sofa was too small for group as we were /6 adults/ to chill after skiing, but there was quite big table so we used the table with chairs instead

Great location with awesome view. Lots of space. All equipment we needed. Free sauna. Great holiday spot overall! Local tourist bus with frequent connection stops just outside.

Location was perfect, no problems with parking.

The Location was excellent; especially for a ski in/out. The hotel was very clean. Daily fresh bread/bun service for purchase! This is essential as there is no oven in the apartment. Dog Friendly The kitchen was relatively well appointed. The bathrooms were cleans and a good size. The bus stop was right there, which made Schladming and other areas very accessible. The Ski Locker was convenient, although small. The parking lot was also great. All the rooms in the apartment we a very good size.

The THREE BEDROOM for 6 people (possibly 8) apartment although large, was very poorly appointed with furniture: -one couch, which could sit 3 adults comfortably, there were no extra comfortable chairs, only 2 stools without backrests... certainly not ideal after a long day of skiing - table with only 4 chairs, with a bench, again without a backrest; thus, it needs to placed against a hard wall... again NOT ideal after skiing -there was desk in the main room... but no chair, you have to use one from the dining table... - no coffee tables, so if you're having a drink on the couch, you have to get up to put your glass/cup down... - no chest of drawers anywhere; there were no drawers to place things, The cupboard was alright, but small for two adults/bedroom -no drawers in the bathrooms, so if your like things tidy, bring your own baskets with lids... Although it is dog friendly and they said they would have a dog gift, dog bowls, dog blanket, and dog towel... I had to ask for all of this; I did not even bother with the gift that is listed on their site... They are NOT well equipped for large dogs. I have a standard poodle.... he was given bowls for a toy poodle, and when asked if they have larger bowls, the answer was an abrupt "No!" Good thing I had our collapsible travel bowls with me. The ' blanket' they provided was for a small dog. I am glad this location accepted dogs... but they need to be prepared for ALL types of dogs! We were there for 10 days, and there is no mid-week clean... I had to ask for a broom, and had to buy my own cleaning supplies! For 550 Euros/night, I think they could have provided a cleaning at least every 3 days. They did come once to change the sheets and towels. There is no one at the front desk after 8:00 pm, so if other guests come back around 2:30 a.m. and party in their rooms for another two hours, there is no way to stop this from happening.

The apartment was in a great location with ski in ski out for intermediate skiers. Bus stops to the town and to the ski school were 1- 2mins walk. The night bus operates from Tuesday- Saturday. The apartment was clean and spacious. The bathrooms and showers were particularly good. The sauna was excellent and well equipped. Schladming was full of good restaurants and bars.

The information about the apartment and what facilities were available was very poor. The dishwasher did not work properly although a member of staff did try to fix it. We were a party of six and the sofa was not large enough to seat us all. Be aware that there is an additional charge for cleaning and taxes added to the price shown on Booking.com
