We liked the helpful staff at the reception desk as well as the staff at the kitchen. We got plenty of information about bicycle tours around Karlstad and flyers and maps we could use for our tour. The breakfast was enough and staff always paid attention that we get served everything. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. We could park our car and bicycles for free in front of the room. The parking lot is a big plus. We hope to return there again.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and very well kept. There is free parking that was perfect for us. Its just off the highway on the way to Oslo so was very convenient for us. The breakfast was well presented and 😋 tasty.

Good staff, good breakfast and accommodating staff. Everything is reachable by bus and you have a few restaurants and fast food chains close to the vicinity.

Location is a little out of the way, if you're a tourist visiting for the first time, you might consider someone closer to sentrum but there are buses that go to and from sentrum so it's not a big issue.

Spacious room, nice and clean bathroom, centrally located, 11kw EV charger (Type 2) with good pricing, free parking and good breakfast!

Bad ventilation system in both of the room and bathroom, we had at least a small table fan that helped a bit. No AC which was very disappointing. No fridge either so we couldn't have cold beverages constantly.

Good value. Nice room with excellent shower and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with a selection of offerings to start the day. Would visit again.
