Really easy to get to from the station, central, clean, and as it’s part-hostel, there’s a great communal kitchen available for use with a kettle, microwaves, fridges, freezer and cooker, next to a little dining room, which they kept clean. The staff were really welcoming and helpful. It was very quiet. Comfy beds. I would stay again.

My room could have been a bit warmer, I needed an extra duvet at night, and the shower drains smelled a bit weird.

The room was large and convenient. The common kitchen was very comfortable and well equipped, with lots of space to sit. The location was perfect - right in the city center, near everything

The kitchen is a bit far from where the rooms are located. You have to use a designated staircase and a key to get there, which is not always comfortable. The price for one night is also a bit high, especially for a small city like Karlstad.

The staff was very nice and fluently spoke English. Hostel was right in the city center and in upper floor, so nice in case of reachability and with some kind of a view. Nice looking room, even with very small space to work with. Spacious shared kitchen, fully equipped. Price was good for Sweden and hostel, that can apply for a hotel.

Well basically with that small space, you must be a magician to create a better bathroom. It is not bad, but shower room with toilet on something about one or two square meters, will not be nice for longer staying. As someone before me already wrote: shared showers would be better.

The property is nice, nothing fancy but this is the best deal accommodation- vicinity to transportation you can get. It is literally super close to the train station and 10 minutes drive away from Karlstad university. The lady at the reception is very nice, the room is clean, warm, and comfortable. The price is quite high considering how the bathroom looks like but compared to Swedish prices is fair.

Location was fantastic. Price was better than other options in the area. Staff only there for a short period but they were friendly and helpful.

Maybe it could be good if bedsheets and towels were included to reach hotel standard! or else there shod be information about this before you already booking and paid for the stay.

I was so happy with everything! The room was very comfortable and clean. It was heated the whole time I was there. The breakfast was very delicious and the staff super friendly! Highly recommend!

Very friendly, close to train and bus station. Very quiet, nice breakfast selections.

I am 84 years old and the doors were a little too heavy for me. I did manage and will come back.
