Adequately furnished and well equipped apartment, suitable for longer stays. Kept very clean. Laundry room in the basement. Pleasant location in residential area not far from the centre - if you are carrying luggage from the train/bus station, a couple of bus lines stop nearby. The house has a garden with some seating. Great value for money in Karlstad.

The place feels a little worn-out and short on charm, although it is impeccably clean and everything works well. I dislike the traditional Scandinavian shower set-up (standing directly on the floor with no enclosure) but I recognise that here it didn’t flood the entire bathroom floor, thanks to an effective curtain and good slope towards the drain.

This was the same apartment I rented 8 months ago; it actually was better than last time! The location is nicely out of the way but in a convenient location to the city center. The garden is a great place for a sandwich and some wine in the sun. I met the owner this time and she was quite charming and pleasant! For the area the price for 7 nights was fantastic. Would highly recommend this location if it's available!

The one downside to this location is the trains run not too far from the property. They generally aren't intrusive but sometimes the bigger lumber freight lines are squeaky. Night trains are rare so it doesn't impact sleep, at least not for me!

The apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked with cooking equipment & very efficient laundry facilities. Within easy walking distance of the lovely walking & bike ways. Highly recommended.

Communication with the owner was a bit off. Upon arrival I had trouble checking in; the phone number I received through Booking was outdated due to the change of ownership. Last minute info sent by the owner had arrived late previous night and I had not seen it. It was finally sorted out, but the situation was a bit disheartening. Luckily it did not rain while I was waiting.

Yard was lovely. Apartments were well equipped. Location very central for everything we needed. Nice to have access to laundry.

If it were winter there really wasn’t an area to sit inside on comfortable chairs. It worked ok for us because we used the outdoor area for visiting as a family.

Great, convenient and cozy place to stay in Karlstad. It's close to the city center and has good bus connections.

A really adorable old apartment in very good repair. Shower was excellent and the bed, comfortable. The kitchen was fantastic. It was an excellent home away from home.

We were treated to a Midsomer traditional surprise in the fridge and had a lovely time barbecuing in the garden while the children were playing!

Perfect location in a quiet area very near the city centre.
