Very nice spa facilities, good sports room, enough parking space, good breakfast. The location is a perfect starting point for hiking and car tours. The bathtub in our room was very nice and there was enough water pressure to fill it quickly. Enough beds in the garden area and very nice indoor resting areas with many beds.

The garden was not well maintained. The trendy beach seats were not available, but covered. In our room there was an unpleasant smell from the drain (sewer), which slowly went away after using water in the shower and bathtub for a few days. The staff was not very friendly, a bit cold and uninterested.

A nice hotel with beautiful views over the Moselle Valley – ideal for senior guests seeking peace, relaxation, and a traditional wellness experience. The spa area with pool, saunas, and quiet zones is spacious and easily accessible. Staff are friendly, and the overall atmosphere is calm and welcomin.

The hotel feels somewhat dated in its décor and facilities. To appeal to a younger audience, a light update of the rooms, design elements, and technical features would make a positive difference. We also missed basic amenities such as soap and shampoo in the spa area – a simple but important improvement.

Third time at the hotel, and was a great experience. Great location, food, service, room...everything. We will be back.

I was notified that ZI needed to update some info or my room might get cancelled. I updated the info and was notified that everything was confirmed. However, when my wife went to show up for her massage, she found out that is was cancelled. She checked with reception and they told her that the room was actually cancelled, the re-confirmed, however, her massage was never re-booked. She was very disappointed. The offered her a massage for Monday afternoon, but that was our checkout day and we needed to get back home.

Location was super and the facilities were excellent. We really enjoyed the A La Carte meal and the wine!

There should have been hand soap in the bathroom. The outside light on the balcony bring centrally controlled was very annoying as it didn’t switch off til very late and was unecessary.

Excellent hotel with great wellness area. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Food was very good.

There was nothing that I did not like, but I do have a few things to mention: the TV in the room seemed small, especially considering the size of the room. Also, a coffee/tea machine in the room would be nice.

We booked a suite since we were only staying the one night. The suite was very cozy and comfortable with an amazing view. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and the variety of saunas. We are light eaters so breakfast was perfect with enough options to fill our needs. We enjoyed the hotel and will definitely return again.

My wife and I enjoyed everything about our stay at the hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent. We had a couple requests for our room before we arrived, and the hotel staff had everything taken care of by the time we arrived. I enjoyed the pool/spa area while my wife got a massage that she enjoyed.

The only inconvenience that I noticed was with the pool/spa area. This was not a reflection on the hotel, but driven by COVID-19 rules and guidelines. Because of these rules, there were limits on the amount of people allowed in the whirlpool and individual saunas. The hotel had a good crowd the weekend we were there, and this limited the used of the whirlpool and sauna.
