Good hotel for one night stay during trip to Europe on motorcycle. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good. Evening meal was really good. Vendor went out of her way to make sure we were looked after at dinner and breakfast.

Room was very comfortable but bathroom lacked privacy. Glass door would not slide open and shut...ended up leaving it open as frightened glass would break. Sink was in bedroom. This was ok for a one night's stop.

Clean and comfortable beds. The hotel is in the middle of the forest and quiet.

No mobile connection. Wish they had important signs in English. We arrived and stood outside the hotel block for a while, trying to find someone to open the door. We could not translate the German signs. Turns out reception was in the restaurant. Beware- bathroom floor may be slippery.

Ideal location for our stay. They had an EV charger on site and this was my first trip renting one, so I was toally new to it. Someone nearby, I believe associated with the hotel, was very helpful with my little German and his little English, but we got it sorted out!

Great variety of food, both breakfast and dinner. Exceptional honeycomb to pair with many different types of breakfast items. Dining area is cozy and cute. The owner gave us a ride to the train station in his nice BMW. Very sweet!

We wish bike rentals were available.

Friendly staff, nice clean room, great to have bicycle storage in a locked garage, the 2.5 km hiking trail to Eltz Castle starts right from the hotel.

Price seemed a little bit high, but maybe that's okay for a quite hotel in the woods a little way away from the nearest town.

This was the best dinner and breakfast we had our whole trip in germany! Which was just what we needed after hiking to burg eltz. If you stay here order the wild boar. Beautiful surroundings, like a fairytale forest. Danke schön

Location was great for walks in the forest and by the Mosel. Outstanding breakfast supported by polite attentive staff.

The only negatives were there were no toiletries in the room, the shower towel was too small and the restaurant menu lacked variety so it was schnitzel, schnitzel and schnitzel.

The breakfast had a very good variety. The location could not be better. Very secluded, in the woods, next to the River Eltz and a beautiful walk to Burg Eltz

A perfect place when you want to explore the Burg Eltz and the nearby area. Close to nature and walking. Everything you need at one and the same hotel. Good food and drinks in the restaurant. A silent cosy room with a large bathroom. And best of all - the breakfast with so much to eat and excellent details. Extra plus for shuttleservice from and to the trainstation in Moselkern. We just hade to phone and tell when we arrived with our train so did they send a car for us. Without extra costs.

It’s location is superb for quiet and relaxation. The attached restaurant and cafe are excellent. Super clean and very friendly staff.

Check in time of 4 pm. It was understandable. But the room was super clean when we did get it.
