Once we finally got our luggage into it, the room was huge, and very nice. The dining room was very elegant, and breakfast was great. There was a small garden in the rear. Koblenz is a city worth visiting, but be prepared to walk! Private parking is provided in a lot down the street, about a block away.

The property must have once been 2 buildings, now joined in a haphazard way. Some areas are not accessible by elevator, some rooms are difficult to navigate to with luggage!! Very frustrating. The neighborhood could have been a bit cleaner/ nicer. The location is about a 10-15 minute walk from most sites, since the city is quite spread out.

The hotel is located in a quiet location, at about 8 mins walking distance from the main train station. The city center can also be reached on foot but you can also use the buses (I used the vrm app as google wasn't showing the bus connections). My section of the building didn't have an elevator but the nice lady at the reception helped me carry my luggage upstairs. The staff is very kind and helpful. My room was comfortable. It had a kettle (and some tea-bags/instant coffee) which was very good to have for me as I like to have warm water/tea on a cold day.

Some more toiletries (like body lotion, hair conditioner) would be very useful to have. The shower was good but I found that after 8:30 AM, the shower was giving out mostly cold/lukewarm water. In the evenings or earlier in the morning, it was working perfectly.

Large quiet carpeted room with sitting area overlooking the back garden and outdoor terrace. Helpful lady at reception on arrival. Good secure bike storage in separate garage 150m away from the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a good selection and the breakfast room looked out over the garden. Large bathroom and big shower (a bit tricky to adjust the water temperature, but plenty of good hot water). Plenty of bench space to store our luggage and personal items. In-room safe and kettle. No fridge in room, but we were able to get a bottle of wine chilled in their own fridge downstairs. The receptionist even gave us 2 nice wine glasses to use when we went to pick up the chilled bottle later. Comfortable bed, with 2 pillows each (which is unusual in Europe).

Bit of a walk to Deutsches Eck, about 1.5km. Noise and cigarette smoke travels from the outdoor terrace to the room, but it was only occasionally that anyone used this area.

We selected this property for our July stay because the hotel’s website indicated it has air conditioning and is just a 6-minute walk from Koblenz Hbf. However, we arrived during an unusually cold period, so we didn’t have the opportunity to test the air conditioning. The rooms were charming, and the breakfast room was lovely. The walk to the old town takes approximately 15 minutes, and it is a 6-minute walk to the train station. We enjoyed our stay will stay here again.

This was a gorgeous HUGE room. I did not expect how amazing this space was. bonus sitting area for lounging and an outdoor space with table and chairs. Charming and clean, the perfect balance of Inn and Hotel feel.

Although the breakfast was good, we weren't told we had to pay and thought it was included. When we checked in they said something like, " You're all set in the morning for breakfast, so just come down between these times." When we checked out they gave us a breakfast check. Not the worst thing in the world, and I could have asked if it was included, but the way they worded it made it seem that way.

We stayed 4 nights here and use Koblenz as a base to travel around the Rhine and Mosel villages by train. Hotel location well serves our purpose. Located a bit far from Koblenz old town but not a problem to walk. We liked the hotel itself.

Informed in advance about our flight delayed and checked in around 21.00 on October 2, 2023. The lady at the reception was very unfriendly. She gave away the Comfort double room on the ground floor that we booked and lied that there is no such room. She insisted that all rooms on the ground floor are facing street not the garden. We discovered next morning that there is one and exactly what I asked for. On check out, we happened to meet the manager and brought this subject to her. She is very understanding and apologized for what happened. Anyway, she volunteers to show us the room we want to confirm that there is one and told us that we were lucky not to stay in that room. Early morning on our checkout date, a pipe was broken and flooded the room.

The breakfasts in the hotel were first class, the manager said they had some of the best breakfasts in town, and that was certainly the case. We had a three bed room, which was well set out with a separate sitting area and was also very good for doing a bit of work during our stay. The staff and management in the hotel were very welcoming and helped make our stay in Koblenz a memorable one. Would throughly recommend this hotel.

Everything was good

Great price, spacious room, clean, comfortable beds, and great airflow with the windows open. Very quiet. Paid parking one block down the road. Other reviews mention the parking is hard to find, so maybe this is why the hotel now gives you a clearly labeled map.

A little far (20 min walk) from the old town and Deutsches Eck but we knew this when booking. Shower door was leaky.

We didn't opt for the breakfast. The room had coffee and tea making facilities which was a bonus. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Location was very good, we were there mainly for the old town sightseeing which was about 10 minute walk from the hotel.

Our room and the rooms to each side of us did clearly said no smoking but one of the rooms had a small balcony outside and the couple who were there were clearly smokers as we could hear them out there (even at 2am in the morning) and the smell of their smoke was filtering into our room even though the windows were closed.

It is a cozy small hotel in a close distance to both city center and main railway station. They have nice dining hall with a gorgeous garden view. Facilities are clean, and staff was helpful. Good breakfast
