Very cosy and home-family feeling hotel. Good breakfast with attention to details. Gluten intolerance: was taken seriously. Different types of delicious gluten free little breads. The location/ small village is very quiet with beautiful views to the river and mountain. Train station literally a few steps away. Host very kind and helpful!

Due to the location, really next to the small local train station, the trains passing by can be heard when with windows open. Windows closed, reduces the noise significantly and is ok to sleep. Was not a problem for us. Part of the charm of the hotel :)

Excellent location, the food served at the hotel was stunning. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Well worth a visit if you fancy riding around the Mosel on a motorcycle or walking around a pristine environment.

Breakfast was very good. Secure covered motorcycle parking. Room was very fresh and clean with coffee and tea available, also air-conditioning.

Next time, I will ask for a room at the back of the hotel. There is a train line at the front, which can be noisy. But with windows closed, air-con on and ear plugs in, I slept well.

Room was nice, Bathroom a little bit small but functional and very clean, location optimal for Moselsteig wanderers, staff was very friendly, competent and accommodating, but really exceptional was the sumptuous breakfast, that leaves nothing to be desired. We are already looking forward to our next visit to the Hotel zur Post in Klotten.

So welcoming, clean, spacious, well located. Breakfast was amazing, more than I could ever eat and so many choices. And the dinner/evening meal. Best place we ate at all week, shame restaurant wasn’t open every evening.

Great little hotel at the four of the train stop, super convenient. The staff is really like and the restaurant is also very good. And breakfast is also great!

We rented 2 rooms, the apartment for 3 people and 1 room for 2 people. The apartment has good A/C in the bedroom but the other bedroom has a fan, but it was so stuffy, So at the end all 5 of us has to stay at the apartment and open the bedroom door to make the whole apartment has enough cold air with using an extra fan from the other room...3 of us had to sleep in the living room. Dinner was delicious but the dining room was very hot, maybe fans can help! Otherwise this place is very comfortable.

Perfect for a motorbike break with private garage. Small and welcoming.

Room at the front suffer from passing trains (better noise reduction would resolve), however no fault with rear room (two travelers) Limited choice of cooked breakfast, although continental very good.
