Family-run with real care and attention to detail, this hotel sets the standard. This is exactly how every hotel in this price range should be! Everything was spotless - even the balcony floor was immaculate, not a speck of dust in sight. The room was incredibly comfortable! Breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The hotel is very well located with great views across the river to Cochem and the castle. I chose the hotel for covered parking for my bike. I arrived early, due to bad weather and there was no problem in checking in early. The range of food served for breakfast is outstanding, in choice and quality, setting you up for the day. Staff are very friendly and helpful too.

A bright and spotless hotel with fantastic views and at the quiet end of town. Our room had a balcony overlooking the Mosel and Reichsburg castle. Comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet, parking and lift access. The hotel is situated on the opposite side of the river from the busy commercial area but 10 minutes walk across the bridge. Excellent restaurants nearby.

Loved this property! Excellent included breakfast with table overlooking the castle. We had bought champagne at a local wine tasting - hotel lets you access the breakfast room at night. We celebrated our sons proposal to fiancée that night with their glasses and our champagne. (They do have a fridge full of wines we could have purchased from them). Rooms were comfy enough. Bathrooms a bit tired but very clean.

No complaints. Excellent staff - very helpful. Only wish there was a fan in room - for air circulation. We were there in Nov and it was very cold. Not sure if they have ac for summer weather

This is an amazing place to stay Clean and wonderful castle view You can just stare at it all day long Breakfast was very nice and delicious With good variety both vegetarian and non veg Staff is friendly We also rented 2 e-bikes on reception Strongly recommending bike tour on mosel river It’s so picturesque 🩷

Lovely welcome with access easily sorted even though we arrived after time. Car parking was also easy and right next to the property. The views were amazing over the Mosel and towards the castle. There is an honesty bar in the basement which works really well and a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunshine. We have stayed here before and would do so again.

The hotel has super friendly staff and a great breakfast. My room was spotless and had a very comfy bed. The location of the hotel is ideal for a quick walk into Cochem or exploration into the amazing views the Moezel area has to offer.

The hotel has a great location on the opposite riverbank overlooking the historic city centre of Cochem. The view from the restaurant and from my room was beautiful, with the impressive castle taking centre stage. The room was modern and comfortable but a bit small. Breakfast was good and varied.

Excellent location very good view of the castle. Breakfast was good, fairly large selection of cheeses and sliced meats breads along with yogurts and eggs.

Sauna seemed to be hidden away in the basement.
