Beautiful and comfortable hotel, just like on the pictures. It had covered parking, and there were plenty of spots available for our car. I chose this hotel mainly because it had a fireplace. It was such a pleasant experience! This was a birthday gift for my boyfriend. The only downside is that we stayed for 3 days but didn’t have time to try the spa. The hotel surroundings are very scenic, and the hotel’s restaurant also serves very tasty food – everything was excellent. We had a great experience and enjoyed our stay. the location – it’s a bit far, as we drove 8 hours from Vienna, and it’s closer to Switzerland.

The one thing I didn’t think was worth the price was the breakfast. It cost 30€, and while there was a large variety of food, it was honestly tasteless. You could also order pancakes and an omelet from the chef, but the omelet was pretty disappointing. The pancakes were fine, but nothing special. I think the breakfast is overpriced for what it is, as usually, for that price, you’d expect something more interesting or flavorful.

Modern, new and clean apartment with Sauna and Steam shower in the room, Spacy with enough room incl. a functional kitchen. The mattress was too soft for me. The SPA area is modern and stylish but as well comfortable. Service personell was super friendly and helpful.

Next time I would go for breakfast only as the food (half board +) was mediocre including the Grill (separate restaurant in the Hotel) compared to style of the facility. Additionally there are multiple restaurants close by which offer a broad selection of local and international dishes. In the SPA (Sauna and Steam Bath) it was unclear if the area is textile free or not which lead to a situation where naked people mixed with people wearing swim suits.

The rooms have been very spacious and modern, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. The SPA was very clean, modern and gave a lot of options to relax. Price for value was really good and really liked the nice interior design.

No information about the restaurant menus could be found online. Would be nice to have some information in the room what the hotel has to offer, like restaurants, spa, gym, including opening times, what to do in Schruns, etc.. But thats little details, the overall experience was great

The location is very good and close to the train station. The decorations are modern, but with a nice traditional touch. The hotel offers a lot of options how to spend your time: actively or more relaxing. The personal is very nice, polite and helpful. The additional thanks to a sommelier and his recommendation blew us away.

Some of the areas are too open, so the people who are not from the resort can watch you. It is not a deal breaker, but noticeable

Wonderfully beautiful location, the views are stunning! We loved the 2 spa areas with great selection of saunas. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and with great variety. As vegetarians we still got some great food.

The staff misguided us 2 times - once we were told that the sauna gus takes place on the bottom floor spa, while it was on the 3rd floor spa, so we missed it. And second time we were sent to downstairs spa to put our things to the locker and again found out that we had to actually be upstairs.

The SPA is very nice and well equipped. The one on top of the building is much larger and a bit nicer. Mattresses were comfortable and the staff quite welcoming

Just smaller details that could improve the stay: - the welcome drink was super strong, I’d suggest something lighter like a Prosecco or similar - the music in the SPA upstairs wasn’t very relaxing (the opposite sometimes). - the water in the pool in the downstairs area is not warm. If that’s the objective, fair enough

Spa, pool, lobby, restaurant are beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was very clean and they provided a cute blanket and bowls for our dog; food in both restaurants and breakfast was amazing

The staff was unorganized. Took 40 Minutes to check us in because they had to give us another room. Had to get an upgrade because of the dog, even if we were told on the phone that it would be fine to bring her. Then they forgot to tell us about how much the upgrade is, what the food options are and what the hours are. Service could be better.

Great location, great Spa, beautiful rooms. The whole house seems very well thought out and it all follows a theme in every detail. Discover what that theme is while you’re there.

Temperature of the hotel rooms can only be regulated for all rooms at once. There’s no thermostat in the room. Meaning you might sweat or freeze at night. Also, there was a strange person following us around the spa area. I wish staff would look out for that kind of thing.

Spa area is great, the architecture of the building and facilities is amazing, very clean place and easy going. Staff is helpful and massages were professional and relaxing.

The parking lot was full on Saturday and it was quite hard to find a space. The food is not that great for the price - there is a lot of variety but it's just "ok" I would expect more.

Superb spa and great breakfast with rooms nice and big.

Some of the staff, particularly at the front desk lacked a customer centric approach to some of our questions. To the extent that we talked about the behaviour which isn’t the greatest thing. That’s just for some of them, and by no means all.
