Newer hotel, clean, great staff, very good remand breakfast, overall great for American taste.

Really terrible location. Sakinaka is a poor spot, very congested traffic, waste lot of time in a commute, and it further down on the other side if you have reason to go to Bandra, Dadar, Fort area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good facilities and great location. Good breakfast spread but the restaurant was crowded on both days.

The air conditioning system did not seem to work. It was too cold in the room despite adjusting the temperature to 24.5 The south indian menu was not up to the mark - idli, vada, dosa and chutney could be more authentic.

I love this hotel and have stayed here many times. The staff is very attentive. The pool is a must! The food (especially breakfast) is just outstanding. The rooms are spacious.

My expectations are very high given my previous visits, but this time I cannot give a 10/10. On arriving in my room (at 2am) I noticed a really ugly burn mark made by an iron on the couch. I showed this to the member of staff and he offered to move me to another room. I was too tired to move and asked if they could just please replace it the following day. The morning I checked with reception again to confirm they will replace the couch. Yet but the time I checked out 2 days later the same couch was still in my room.

A great place to stay—reasonably priced given the range of facilities. The swimming pool and gym are definite highlights.

After midnight, we called the reception to check if the coffee shop was open and if food was available. We were told yes, so we headed there. However, the coffee shop was completely unmanned, and no one was available to take our order. We informed the reception and were assured someone would come shortly, but no one showed up. After waiting around 15 minutes, we went back to the reception, only to be told that 24-hour in-room dining was available. Had we been informed of that in the first call, we wouldn’t have come down or wasted time waiting in the middle of the night.

The property is just located near to metro station n near to airport… loved the hotel for every thing.. I was staying there for 3days n came to Mumbai for my husbands birthday and it went so well… Omkar the duty manager had given us surprise by decorating the room, presented us free wine and cake for birthday, accepted our request for early check in, room services were excellent and also the receptionist were so quick to help us, the breakfast was amazing and also we could witness their pool party… they made our vacation memorable

Excellent breakfast, dinner buffet, a full range of food and it was excellent. Option for freshly cooked eggs, dosa, etc. The dinning area filled quite quickly, so you had to pick the right time. Service was good and they had a a la carte menu. Just was mostly from a tin/ carton but some fresh depending on the day.

Cafe area was small, and you couldn't order a coffee for the business area, business centre. That was the most disappointing issue, you had to get a coffee from the cafe, and then take it with you to the business centre which was quite far away. Cafe was small.

Breakfast was outstanding. The staff were polite ,and very well trained . Everything was better than expectations. Rohit helped with a late check out since there was an important business meeting. So many thanks for the same. Will definately stay here again

Pool is great but too many pigeons that come to sip water and they poop around the place. .Management needs to have a canopy above to prevent them or build a small water bowl for them so that they don't come to the pool edges to sip water.

The room was spacious. The bed was so comfortable that I slept like till late. The location is very near to airport, if that's something you are looking for. The staff were courteous and helpful. The restaurant was very good with lots of options. The breakfast spread was excellent. The staff was ready to accommodate any changes without even thinking twice. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family for their next stay in Mumbai.

The entry gate to the hotel is a bit unclear, so cabs get confused.

Breakfast was fantastic, and the spacious room offered a perfect river view both in the morning and evening. The bathroom was large and well-stocked with toiletries. Staff were consistently polite and helpful, adding to a truly pleasant stay. The hotel’s proximity to the airport was convenient, and I appreciated the early check-in and complimentary room upgrade. The room was also well soundproofed, allowing for a restful night’s sleep

Breakfast spread was good. I wouldn't say excellent; but food tasted good, and there were good varieties. Staff was very courteous and friendly. They were attentive too. Room service was also not too slow, and food was served hot.

The area around the hotel is very congested. Though this is beyond your control, getting to and from the hotel was a bit tough. The bed was not very comfortable - personal opinion.
