We booked a room late in the evening, and upon arrival we discovered that the reception operated with self check-in. Since our reservation was made so late, the information did not go through in time and we were unable to complete the check-in process. We tried calling the contact number several times until we finally reached a staff member, who kindly helped us check in. It is unfortunate that the hotel policy does not mention the self check-in system and still allows reservations until midnight, when in reality this is not feasible.

no soap in one of 2 dispensers, unpleasant small of my room (sweat of a human) so I need to air my room for 30 minutes, no information how to check out - how to leave the room card if hotel has no no front desk, car park machine requests cash only! no card payment at all - that's extraordinary and very inconvenient when you are in hurry at 5AM

Family room with IKEA type space. Minimalism ambiance with large bunk beds, Comfortable queen bed with 4 seat dining table for gatherings. Good shower with locked air conditioning system with large opening windows for fresh air. Close to shops and station.

Automated check in, Basic breakfast for the cost, generally made up of mostly cold items No tea/coffee/fridge facility in the rooms but a kettle was provided once requested for medical purposes.

Nice and clean. Lovely lady on reception who assisted with room relocation so that both rooms could be on the same floor. Great water pressure, easy walk to the town center.

Parking arrangements were a bit complex, but changed the parking terminal and all was great. Maybe good idea to warn guests of building site start time at 7 am, but not a problem for us.

Very clean and modern building and rooms. Private underground parking available, good bed and shower. Good breakfast. Walking distance to old town with lots of restaurants, boutiques and shopping centres. Nice and modern environment. Easy acces by car albeit in the middle of the town.

Little long self-check-in, but not difficult. Breakfast in next door building hotel Légère.

The personal was cooperative and helpful and supported me through my check in process. The Breakfast was good The room was clean and tidy The room setup is smart

The water was changing the Temperatur by itself during shower. I didn't know why was there a foldable chair hanging in the room! No toothpaste nor toothbrush No indicator weather the water tap is good for drinking or not.

Everything was great, We reached their late at night so we did a remote check-in which was very good and helped a lot. The staff were amazing, they did everything they could to help. Rooms are very clean and the hotel is close to BF metro station.

Maybe little more facilities will be better to be in the room like a water boiler, some coffee sachets and maybe slippers.

Easy contactless check-in via a terminal. Comfy, clean room, sufficient for a two people stay of 1-2 nights from our perspective.

Shower stayed very warm regardless of our selected temperature. It then also switched between very hot and very cold.

Very clean,minimal design,friendly staff,breakfast was very nice.Close to Central train station.Self checkin option is very fuserfriendly especially if arriving very late.

All was ok for one night stay. Checkout was not very clear.We left the key at reception.

The room was super clean 10+. Modern, tidy and well organized hotel. Easy to self check-in. Awesome location. This hotel by far exceeded our expectations.

Price was little too high for Bielefeld. Had to pay for the underground parking as well.
