There are really nice indoor pools with different temperature water. There's one for small children with a slide which our 1 year old really liked. The room was quite big and clean. Also it had air-conditioning which worked very well and a nice balcony. The food selection was really good for both breakfast and dinner. It was a buffet for both, but there were very good things to choose from every time and they changed the menu every day. They had many highchairs for small children, as well. The staff was very friendly even though it was sometimes hard to communicate since not all of them know English. The location is also really good as it's exactly at the entrance to the water park. They have on premises parking, but it's at a cost. Street parking is also available but that also has a cost. All in all a very baby friendly place.

The door to our room had a small issue and was a bit hard to close. Not a big issue though.

Nice hotel, clean, good facilities and very good breackfast and dinner(big variety, and different every day) not to much to visit in the surroundings but a good choice for relaxing days by the pool.

We had to wait for check in 2 more hours because the room was not ready, we could not use the restaurant in this time, we could not drink anything or use the pool, it was inconvenient cause we were with a baby... No compensation or appologies only some dumb smiles and rised shoulders by the stuff. Some friendly weighters but also other very unprofessional.

The location is great, right across from Hungarospa Aqua-Palace. You can cross the street with just a bathrobe on, even in winter. But it's not necessarily, because the hotel's wellness offers you everything you need, from the sauna to the thermal water pool. Many parking spaces around the hotel. Helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner are buffet style. The food is plentiful, very tasty and you can choose from a very wide variety.

Nice hotel with good spaces and natural light. Recently renovated with good taste and modern fittings, it has a nice vibe. It features four pools, salt and ice rooms and saunas

Would have preferred more vegan options, and some drinks included in the dinner. One of the four pools, the one for relaxation, contained too much chlorine and two of us ended up with eye inflammations (one more serious, had to be taken to a doctor in the middle of the night). I also noticed a few saunas, but no steam bath

The facilities are very nice. Rooms are ok but we got one on the third floor which is not yet renovated. The spa is large and in great condition, had hot, thermal and cold water facilities and a small kids area. The location is great, across the street from the summer baths and 10 minutes from the center. There is a private parking in front.

The services at the restaurant are not good, we sit for at least 20 minutes before someone took our drinks order. We had half board and then only had to take orders for drinks, not food so the wait wasn't justified.

Room was big and new, nice decor, comfy beds, big/small pillows, smart tv, minibar. Staff was very kind and responsive. Food was great, lot of local produce, great soups, at least 3 different meat dishes each dinner. Wine is reasonably priced. Spa has sauna sheets available.

No tea/coffee facilities in the room. No drying line in the bathroom. The Spa area is lack supervision, the saunas were not cleaned during the day.

We go here with our family since the hotel was open and we love every aspect of all services (food, wellness, room service etc.). The food is very good, I don't know many hotel where cook so good and change the menus everyday. I can always relax when I stay at Atlantis.

Unfortunately the hotel is bit aging and I am starting to look forward to reconstruction of the hotel. Everything is clean, the personal is very friendly and helpful. But e.g. carpets in the elevators should be already removed or replace (bit smelly after everybody returns from Spa/Wellness and they get wet). I hope that the owners will invest in the hotel, for me it's a heart place and love to return.

I travelled for a business and stayed for one night only so I had no chance to use more hotel facilities than the room and restaurant. the room was spacy enough and clean. wi-Fi connection was OK and comfortable bed. The breakfast provided the good selection of the food which was really tasty. The hotel has parking place for the guests at the facility and the place for a car has been properly reserved upon my arrival. Check in and out was quite fast and efficient. Room had also a balcony with chairs and table which could be good especially during summer.

For the room called "superior" I would expect to have an electric cettle with complimentary tea and coffe as a standard while also a kind of confortable arm chair for relax sitting could be also available. Had only two ordinary charis in the room.

The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner, varied and good quality. We appreciated the size of the room and the bathroom. The swimming pool was great, with both hot and cold water, and we really enjoyed the rooms dedicated to children, two options for the little ones to play in their free time.

We liked the breakfast and dinner selections also the location, which was perfect. Nice room design. Staff were attentive and helpful. 🍴😋

The room only had a shower, which was not convenient for us as we had a one-year-old child with us. It was quite challenging to shower a small child in that situation.
