The hospitality provided by the staff especially the FnB staff (Indian Uncle). Warm greet and really helpfull. He did tremendous and heartfelt action when we were not able to find food as it was raining heavily and the traffic was horrible that day. To make the situation worst the hotel chef was just left. With his best effort, cooked us delicious nasi goreng kampung to fill up our tummy. No words to express our gratitude..Bless u, Uncle 🫰🏻

The price for per stay. As the hotel is established long time ago so the overall furniture is a bit old. But it was clean and comfy and there is sort of old english vibe there. So, If you are expecting to have a modern hotel / contemporary vibe, there are other hotels can be choose.

Lovely room with all facilities. Good decoration, friendly and helpful staff. The location is good, beside the road but quiet as it is a little away from the market and still easy to reach everywhere. The hotel kept in touch with the us by whatsapp and taking care of us closely also respond to our inquiries . Chinese food is tasty, breakfast is ok, the stream boat is just ok. I didn't like the fish and stayed for 2 nights with stream boat package, the hotel offered chinese set for the second night which was better.

the light in the room was a little dark but the room was perfectly comfortable

King size rooms Excellent location. Great staff. Good facility. we stayed there for 2 nights and everything was really good. A very nice hotel with amazing views, if u take the rooms with balcony. Food and restaurant is great too. The cafes and major attractions are all nearby.

This is a beautiful hotel, tastefully done and decorated, resembling a Scottish castle. The room was very spacious, and clean, with two beds that were very comfortable and big (king and queen size). The view from the hotel is very nice, with golf course greenery, the surrounding garden was well-kept, and spending time on the terrace was a true pleasure. We had enough towels, and tea bags, there was a mini fridge, and everything was optimal. Breakfast was abundant and varied, and the staff friendly, kind, and obliging.

The hotel is close to the street and sometimes that can result in some noise from the outside, but it was still OK.

The genuine warmth, friendliness and hospitality of the staff, especially Siva (a real gem of a staff - first class), Izwan (waiter) and Sree (front office).

The fact that Casa Dela Rosa will be closing down for renovations on 1 August 2025 and that the four superb suites are no longer available (dismantled to be replaced by smaller rooms after renovation). And the name change of the hotel.

The room was quite big, and the decor made it seem very English and cosy. The windows looked out into their cute garden and the window screens made it easy to cool the room as there's no fans or AC. Building is quite pretty and they had a lot of room for parking. Staff were extremely friendly and nice.

Bathroom was a bit old school. There were patches where an iron had burnt into the carpet in two spots but that was just funny. Bed was a bit hard. Breakfast wasn't really worth it... We came down about 9am and most of the food was already finished and was not topped up. I had the last 3 springrolls and just a teaspoon of sauce that was left... Location isn't walkable to any sights, have to drive.

The staff were exceptional, it was quieter during our stay and the restaurant staff catered to our needs. The food and breakfast was nice. The shower was the best I’ve had in a long time and the bed is comfortable. The location is great as we were in between two near by small towns which had some attractions around them

The room itself smells of damp (most buildings did there anyway) as expected being in the atmosphere it is- the only reason why I put this as a negative is because it makes me sneeze and my throat itches. The building and interior style is dated, however its not bad. Just don’t expect something very modern.

The staffs are very friendly, our room is very clean,comfortable & relaxing with a beautiful garden view. We love taking family pictures in their garden. A great place to stay for when u need to go into zen mode. We definitely will come back & probably be the only hotel we will stay at everytime we visit CH. Thank u for yr hospitality!!

The wifi wasn't working for 1.5 day, the phone doesn't work so we can't reach reception/restaurant/housekeeping & there was electric problem for a few hours causing the elevator to not work. But we didn't mind it because the staffs are easily reachable, our room was on 2nd floor & we can always use our phone's data.

The staff are really friendly especially the Indian man that takes care of the restaurant. The hotel prepares stand fan in room because the weather is not as cool as before. The rosemary beef strips are really delicious during breakfast. Beautiful scenery and hotel got bath tub. My kids really love it. My husband got birthday present.

The bed frame. I keep bumped into the edges of bed frame. Maybe the bed size and room size not suitable.

Nice location, nice old-school vibe, staff was nice. Nice and cozy study/office area. Affordable option near the golf course.

No, easy access to our room, needed to use the stairs with our big suitcase. Breakfast was ok but very limited, food was good though. No facilities and the top floor is under renovation.
