The location was amazing. The hotel itself was clean. Staff were always kind.

Our room was nice and clean. But just small details that need attention. The silverware holder in the drawer was dirty. The bathroom door didn't close all the way, the night light on the light switch was out, and around the door by the shower needs some attention. It needs to cleaned and painted. The sofa had a small stain and was completely uncomfortable. It is hard and not easy to just sit on. And window view could use some type of beautician. Not pleasing to look out at all. And the elevator was always wet from people coming out of pool. I slipped once, I didn't fall, but easily could have. The breakfast was ok. Everything on the cheaper premade by side, but eatable.

Room was spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly. Good value. We would stay again, but would be more prepared to handle the downsides mentioned below. The snacks/wine for purchase were very convenient.

1. Breakfast was disappointing. We were eating close to the end of the breakfast hours, so did not expect much. But very little was available. One day there were hard bolied eggs and fruit (great to grab last minute) but no other days. Similarly, one day we grabbed a breakfast sandwich, but not there other days. 2. Our room needed more USB charging ports--there was one in the bedroom, but it was broken. It's pretty standard these days that rooms have MANY charging ports. We asked at the desk to borrow a USB plug but they didn't have one. 3. Every other day cleaning is fine for us, but they didn't do it. We stayed 7 nights, and they cleaned one time. Two times would have been good. Front desk provided additional coffee and towels when we asked.

I liked the location of the hotel, the size of my room and the kitchenette for convenience. Breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food to choose. I will certainly stay again.

The king size mattress really needed to be replaced. It sunk on one side and made it very uncomfortable to sleep with my back issues so I had to sleep across the bed. Since it was just me, that was doable, but had it been two people, someone would have gotten the short end of the stick for sure.

The breakfast options were great! All of the staff members that we interacted with were extremely nice.

The only real downside was that the "quite after 10pm in communal areas" rule was not always enforced.

The morning host was awesome. Facilities were clean. We loved using the grill outside on the patio.

Breakfeast, the biscuits were either not done or rock hard. I did not like calling the front desk for supplies in the evening. She told me she was not hotel supply. I booked 7 nights it stands to reason I'm gonna run out of stuff. 1st night shampoo empty, why?? Good thing I brought some.

I loved the location, price and cleanliness.

I didn’t like that I was charged twice for my room. The lady at the front desk did get it fixed quickly though and it continued to be a good stay.

Plenty of room and the room was stocked well with utensils.

Breakfast was good on our first morning, Friday. After that it slowly went downhill. Monday morning it was terrible and they were out of milk so we couldn’t even have cold cereal.

Our hotel was super clean, comfortable and fun! The indoor heated pool, self service concession store and breakfast were great features. Staff was friendly, hotel felt very safe.

The ability to utilize the gas grills in the patio area. The pool was a nice size everything was particularly clean and presentable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They had a small recreational area in the lobby with pool table games and such.

The large kitchen space was nice having the large fridge and microwave and dishwasher but it really didn't make much sense to have all these kitchen appliances and not at least a small range or stove top. Although the pool was a nice size it was cold. Not sure if the water heater was out but the kids were still able to enjoy it. I wish they had a hot tub. We typically swim every morning before any check out especially if we are granted a later check out. Woke up the next morning to go swimming and the pool was closed for maintenance and never repped before we checked out. That was a disappointment. The front desk was going to honor some type of inconvenience award but never got back me.
