Good hotel. Spotlessly clean with friendly staff who spoke english. Good breakfast. Hotel set on the main street where the bars and restaurants are but still quiet as it it situated near the end of the street

Not really a negative but would be useful to speak Spanish when out and about as many of the locals dont speak english but they are friendly enough. Google translate came in useful.

The receptionist, Annalise, was the best part of the trip..she was wonderful..so friendly, kind and helpful..the hotel is excellent value for money and is in a great location ..the pool is great

The first bedroom had no windows..we moved to a great room

Staff was very professional and helpful. Proximity to beach, restaurants & bars. Literally at your fingertips as you exit the main lounge. The locals are warm and friendly. Bartender Dominique at the pussycat bar was very accommodating, and his English is fluent👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Ventilation was poor, thus the hotel was a bit musky. Rooms & bathroom very very SMALL...face basing in bathroom was not it 🙅🏼‍♂️🙅🏼‍♂️

We booked room for 3 people and we could not fit in it. So we canceled out stay there but the room was great looking as well as hotel itself.

The street,Duarte is no good area.At night time the street is closed to the traffic and then all bars and restaurants in these area put the plastic chairs and tables at the street with too much high volume music...

The hotel is located in the heart of all the nightlife events. Everything was in walking distance

The hot tub was cold, it would have been great if the water was heated

The staff were very friendly and professional.

The rooftop pool is undergoing renovations/maintenance. There are a lot of street hawkers, sex workers and drug dealers in this area. The hotel is secure but it can be sad to see/experience and sometimes annoying as a white person just walking down the street or sitting at the public beach with people constantly pressuring you to buy something. Some people enjoy this but personally I'm not one of them.

The people were nice big smiles on the face so they were Excellent
