Dears, the Poem hotel is most inspirational, the right location to relax for 2 nights about 2-3 h ride from Bangkok. Great experience seeing the sea after 5 years blue & clean. Enjoying great fresh seafood, swimming at the seas & hotel pool. Wonderful!

The great coffee shop closed too early - 5 PM. I hope in the future having this open until 8 PM to avoid buying snacks at the nearby 7/11. Once the rooftop bar is finished in construction coffee shop & rooftop bar merge indulgingly for morning & evening stays combined with authentic sea food outside the hotel along countless beach restaurants.

Love the style of the hotel. Rooms were large and modern. Breakfast included in price of room.Roof top infinity pool. The Italian restaurant La Cappana is very nice. Great cocktails in the Dubliner pub. Food in the Tequila sunrise was mixed. Tried various Thai restaurants opposite which were mixed.

Breakfast was a bit of a confused assortment. Bain Marie's weren't lit so food was cold. Rooftop swimming pool area was Nice. No one ever at the bar so whole area shut by 8pm, would have been nice to relax there after dinner.

Loved the location and the staff. The rooms are of a good size and kept to a high standard. I have stopped there many times and will stop there again when I visit again

The location and the cleanness is good.

The hotel staff put us to the room next to the big and very loud group of many people and the same floor as well. If there were the same time checked in with other big group. The check in staff should avoid to put the guest at the same floor or next to the big group. We were experienced the druken men with very loud noise and loud music at around 1-1.30am!!

Staff didn’t speak English at all. Also not normal Thai friendliness, hardly good morning response. Location was good but Mae Phim is really small

Nice place but property is built so that most rooms cannot see the ocean. Staff was great. Very clean. Overall, very satisfied.

Good location, quick in and out check in, ok staff. Comfortable large room and bed.

The shower hose was broken, probably for some time, tricky to shower as it sprayed everywhere. We reported it the handy man came and looked but nothing was done.

Excellent location. Across the road from the beach with a seafood market with daily fresh sea food to buy. Beach chairs at various locations and across the road from the hotel some excellent restaurants at reasonable prices.

Rooms could be more soundproof and could use more blackout curtains to keep the room dark when you try to sleep. But those are details.
