The main problem of this hotel is itself location. It’s a bit a side from the buzzing village and popular beaches so it’s perfect for a comfortable getaway. You still can walk about 15 minutes to busy beaches and the village. There is a small cafe with delicious food right next to the hotel and 2 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. Another nice thing is a little tap near the entrance so you can wash off the sand before entering the building. Breakfast buffet was very good! Pretty much everything you may want to charge yourself for a great day

The layout of the rooms is a bit strange. The entrance to our twin room from the hallway was a huge French window so we could see and hear everyone passing by. Because of that we had to always keep the curtains closed and the room was dark and stuffy. There’s also not enough place to dry out wet clothes and towels considering constant walks to the beach. They do have a small hanger behind the window but the towel would reach a very dirty floor if you try to hang it there. So we had to dry towels inside the room and they remained wet.

Location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk from Tubtim beach up the road. Right next to Sabaidee restaurant which serves amazing food and Trio Bar further down which is such a friendly bar. The welcome was so friendly to our room, which was kept clean every day with towels replaced whenever you wanted. Breakfast was also really good, lots of choice.and tasty.

Nothing bad at all to rept

Location was good for us as we wanted to relax and spend time at the beach, which about a five minute walk to a lovely beach. Our room was on the second floor which was fine for us but the stairs are steep, which could be challenging if you are not in good shape. The room was okay and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate And we could sit outside to eat if we wanted. It was nice to have a minimart right next door for water and snacks. The staff were always helpful to answer our questions..

Our balcony upstairs was in the full sun, so no sitting outside , too hot. Our room was comfortable but it would have been better if there were some hooks to hang clothes or a closet with hangers. Very little place to put toiletries in the bathroom, a shelf or hooks would have helped.

The property is a short walk from the beach. It is immaculately clean and they have a nice breakfast. I stayed in one of the smaller rooms and my friends stayed in one of the cottages in the garden. They are both great places to stay if you are a couple or the Cottages if you are a family or group of friends.

There is some building work going on next door which might bother some people, but it didn’t worry me

For the price, this is a very good place. If you expect 5 star rooms or service, then you will be disappointed. There is a bar around the corner, and a short walk down to the amazing beach below. I rented a scoter to explore the island and other beaches. This is cheap, 300-400 bath depending on where you rent. There are taxis waiting at the pier when you arrive to the island that can take you to the hotel unless you do what I did, I rented a scoter as I came of the ferry. Breakfast isn't amazing, but perfectly adequate for the price.

A little more from the breakfast, and they fill up the shampoo and soap in the room. But, this is a budget stay, I cannot complain too much!

Near to Tubtim beach, staff were very nice. There’s a shop next to the hotel, a resturant/bar called Sabidee is next to the hotel too. literally a few minutes walk to the beach. Breakfast was provided each day, coffee/orange /toast/butter/jam/eggs/pancakes/banana’s plus Thai breakfast too. The room was clean & provided with water everyday too.

Beautiful immaculate cottage in an enclosed garden with nice veranda. 5 minutes walk to a fantastic restaurant little shop next door selling cold beers and 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach with a couple of bars if needed. Our host was smiley and very helpful ( not sure what the negative reviews were about?) would go back the this accommodation any time. Thank you so much for our lovely stay.

Absolutely nothing

An excellent location just a short walk from the beach. No beach view, but I don't actually care if I can see the beach from my window when I can walk there in 2 minutes. The buffet breakfast is fairly good for a hostel-like hotel, with a decent range of fresh fruit and fresh pancakes (better than the pancakes I had in some of the fancier resorts on the island) being constantly churned out. The place is spartan but quite clean.

The owner is very nice, the location is good (you can walk to the main beaches on the East coast), the building is cute and cozy, and breakfast was super yummy (pancakes and eggs freshly made by the owner, fresh fruit, toasts, jam, and daily dishes), the best breakfast I've in Thailand.

We had some issues with the air conditioner and some water pipes in the bathroom (leaking water), there was no shampoo/shower gel available, no hair dryer, and the room was a bit small (with no double beds available). Generally speaking it's probably a bit overpriced, but our stay was overall nice.
