Nice Location ....almost sooo close to the beach..although not a beachfront hotel..its a 60 second walk and you are there. Good rooms with a good size bathroom and plenty of towel racks for drying cloths..Massage is close by as are many restaurants along the beach. The beach is is pure white sand ( some rocks) but great to walk down..no litter etc..water is clear blue. Hotel pool is small but great for kids if you do not intended spending the whole day there. It has a small shallow end for the very small. Breakfast is good with as much Bacon ( proper bacon) eggs how you like..Thai food..noodles.panang curry, friend rice, fruit, pancakes with honey or maple sirup.. burp!..Nice restaurant by the sea although a bit expensive..but tax included in prices..like it!

Bit of a smell from the aircon..( after use it either got better or we did???) beds are a bit soft..but no major grips here!

Everything was great. Nice sized room, good breakfast with lots of choice, nice pool. It is a quiet area so about a 15 minute walk to get to all the beach restaurants of the town Quite central on the island so you can walk to lots of other beaches

Ridiculous price of drinks by pool There is only a small beach and it is almost completely covered in sunbeds from the resorts. There is very little open sand area (this is not the fault of this hotel only), just know that if you want a long sweeping sandy beach, this is probably not for you.

breakfast was ok but could be replaced more often . breakfast finished at 10 which is quite early for holiday island. we asked about beach sun beds and we were told hotel did not have but we found out by accident that it’s sister hotel 5 minutes walk away did and we could use that and get towels there

We accidentally booked two deluxe family rooms for us and our adult daughters but this turned out to be perfect.... as they were spacious and had two huge beds. Lovely little hotel and our rooms were near to the beach and dining area/pool. We didn't use the pool as we went to the beach daily, and only had small breakfast a couple of times but the food was good. Staff kept things tidy and clean and we had a lovely stay

Some of the voile curtains and bedding were a bit old looking, with a couple of rips and holes but not a big problem. A cat and her kittens were resident in the eating area and although cute, the mum kept jumping on the tables during breakfast which could probably have been sorted out by staff but again not a big problem.

Amazing hotel to stay at during the island vacation. The rooms and the bathroom are very spacious and comfortable, daily cleaning. We loved the pool area as well, plenty of shadow in after lunch hours. The territory of the hotel is also very beautiful, green and well mantained. Breakfasts are awesome-great selection of both western and asian dishes, good quality tasty food. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very nice location as well, you can get to the nearest beach in under a minute and in additional 2-5 minutes you can get to the shops, restaurants and amazing wild beach. Loved our stay and definitely coming back when visiting Koh Samet again :)

The is a terrific resort with everything we needed for a happy stay at the beach. Our rooms were spacious (we had two deluxe double rooms) and very clean. The bathrooms were spotless and well set up, with good water pressure. The bed was firm but comfortable. It is a very short walk to Ao Phai beach, where you can find great beachside restaurant, Silver Sand. There are also some other small restaurants as well. It is a great beach, with all you need, but not too busy and crazy. The hotel breakfast had a range of foods, both Thai and Western. The resort pool was also good, and very clean. All the staff were very helpful and made our stay very easy and happy.

We can't think of anything that would make the stay better, we had a terrific time.

Breakfast great location great pool in the morning before 7 only small pool but I could use before breakfast ,the pool 1/2 mtrs deep so fantastic for the kids to play for hours The beach so close and a lot of good restaurants on the beach.and great staff,

I thought I rented a luxury accommodation but good but not Luxury and Tv only Chinese and Thai channels , But you can use Netflix if you got your password and email , sometimes very hot ,12. To 3 pm so to relax to watch a movie fantastic

Beach was a little rocky. Breakfast was the best I have experienced for many years, great variety of choices.

Not possible to change but close beach was a bit hard on feet with rocks

Very close to the beach with white sand and clear water, the AC did not worked properly but the staff repaired it very quickly. very friendly and helpful staff.

Only 9 sunbeds by the pool, most of the time they where occupied. Could be a little better breakfast, no beacon for example, fried 10 eggs and make 5 omelets ready, i would like to have my hot.
