Location was central to the city with lots of useful shops and amenities nearby, right inside the Innerstadt. Car parking was available on site, although only for a limited period. A central car park was just 4 minutes walk away and proved useful and cheap. The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped for self-cooking and excellent IT (TV and internet) connections. We did not make use of the clothes washing facilities but they were an added benefit on site should we have needed them. We visited the Osnabruck University indoor Botanical Gardens and these were amazing - a jungle indoors! We really enjoyed our stay.

This was an apartment in a quiet area behind the main shopping area. Short walk to main shopping areas, cafes and restraunts.

There wasn't a lift so lugging our suitcases up three stories wasn't great. One of us had a medical condition which made this even worse.

I was glad that I was allowed to use the laundry and make my washing, that help me a lot as I was spending here one week. Everything was alright, no problems, comfortable and clean and quiet.

It would have helped me to have a more suitable desk for working on my notebook and harder matress of the bed. But these are specific - subjective - needs.

The space was bigger than expected. Well equipped. Short walk from old town. Near shopping centre.

Security doors at entrance openend without code. Making you feel not that save. Parking area wasn’t opening with code. Not clear instructions about it. No milk available with coffee machine.

Good location, easy check in and check out and very good assistance via phone. Rooms have a modern look and are functional. The kitchenettes in the apartments are fully equipped and include lots of accessories.We loved the cute bedding provided for the baby bed!

There is no lift, which, depending on how much you are carrying, can be a little inconvenient.

Location is good, not far from the mainline station and a few mins walk from the centre. Very spacious, light plenty outlet sockets, nice side bathroom, easy instructions to get in the apartment. Good wifi connection, chilled area not noisy at all.

To check it was a bit of a hassle but the contacted their cs service and got sorted out very quickly. Entry code for the apartment is rather long to remember of the back, the entry number to the main door, no problem 4 numbers but apartment number too long ( although I understand why it is still long) Dusty lamps and dusty oil and vinegar dispenser in the kitchen was somewhat off putting.

Nice new and clean apartment, well equipped for a short stay.

It's on a busy street, loud people and cars till waaay past midnight, sounds insulation is ok but it was hot and no airconditioning so we had to leave the windows open a bit..

It’s new and modern, clean and comfortable. Good quality of building materials has been used. As well as for the furniture etc. Comfortable bed. Light and spacious bathroom. Great shower. Nice that various tea and espresso flavors were available in the kitchen.

The neighborhood felt a bit unsafe at night. Also the entrance is quite dark and the key code pad was unlighted. So digits were invisible without phone light. Annoying and time consuming. Big open container full of empty boxes next to the door and a dirty street with quite some odd people around. But once in the building all feels well; bright lights, all clean and safe.

Using the address sends us to front of building and its hard to find it with car as cars are not allowed driving there but the navigation brings us to front of building
