No better location in Sandpoint! Staff were very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Good packaged serve your self breakfast and bottle water was available anytime in the lobby or work out room, a simple thing but I've not seen that before at a hotel. Will stay again if in Sandpoint. Location -a lot of restaurants to pick from (Mick Duffs new location) and shops, short walk.

It's just the building setup being three independent sections. Depending which one you are staying in you have to walk down the sidewalk to get to the pool and spa. Recommend booking the section with the pool and spa if you plan on using them.

The motel is within walking distance to many restaurants and the shopping district within Sandpoint which is the strongest selling point for staying here. The rooms are are a good size and updated with good beds appointments.

The property is divided into several buildings that are not all interconnected which can be a bit of a pain depending which room you have. Our room in building one was next to the office which is also the location for the breakfast. Convenient but if we wanted ice or access to the pool we needed to walk through the parking lot past a tiny run down bar (sketchy) with an outdoor smoking area to get to the stairs of two other building where these are located. The breakfast is the bare minimum with a value of a maybe a couple of dollars per person so don’t make your decision to stay based on Breakfast Included.

If you are looking for a clean property in Sandpoint that won’t break the bank, this property will meet your needs. They serve a complimentary continental breakfast which is basically packaged foods, fruit, yogurt, and bagels. If you want a made to order breakfast this would not fit your bill. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We would stay here again for a ski trip to Schweitzer which was only 28 minutes away. You can also walk to the cute downtown with unique stores and multiple restaurants.

I appreciate the customer service itself. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Victor needs a special mention. Since my friend and I were visiting Sandpoint for the 1st time, he left a note in our room recommending places to eat, desserts etc. great recos. If anything was needed in the room the service was quick. Also Olivia was comforting when we checked in I was sure I had made the right decision by staying in this place. The beds were comfortable & the room was spacious and view was nice. The breakfast although self service really was worth while for me personally. I could load up some snacks on my way out. In fact Victor was so accommodating, he said he will open the refrigerator for us post our check out if we needed to take a few snacks. (although we did not ask for it but this surpassed my expectations.) It was peaceful. There is laundry and a hot tub too in the hotel One doesn't need to worry about pulling the luggage as they have trollies, all we need to do is just place our luggage and take it right inside the room

Our room unfortunately had a prominent smell very briefly, upon request Olivia immediately brought the room freshener.

Honestly we almost didn't stay because we drove by and thought the outside looked a bit run down. Thankfully I had seen a lot of good reviews so we gave it a chance. We were so happy with this hotel. We wanted something walking distance to the water and restaurants, and it was perfect. The 3 different buildings was actually kind of cool. The pool and hot tub were in seperate buildings, but so clean, quiet and very nice. It felt like a very safe area, which we value. The rooms were clean, bed was extremely comfortable. Best sleep we had in a while. The breakfast was fairly simple but it still had what we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again.

The body wash was very watery, and the water pressure in the shower could have been better. A few more breakfast options would have been nice. Otherwise, such a fantastic stay.

Very spacious room. Plenty of room to move around. The tv was the largest I think I've ever seen in a hotel. The bathroom was great; much larger than in a recent Best Western Plus I stayed in. I went in expecting a fine, servicable hotel and was astounded by how top-notch the whole thing was. It's also located just a couple blocks from the downtown area. A very walkable neighborhood. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Nothing really comes to mind. It was a little hard to find my room, as the hotel is spread over several disconnected buildings. The front desk was very apologetic about having run out of maps (so I assume most people are given one). But that wasn't really anyone's fault and I found my room eventually.

This property has an interesting layout spread over several buildings; we stayed in a comfortable room with a balcony in the same building as the laundry and hot tub. It is in a great location for visiting downtown and walking to the park/beach. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Not too much negative to say about this place, but the bar/restaurant patrons next door did occupy all of the hotel parking that we were directed to. We got an excellent room, but some rooms have an odd configuration with windows facing into the hallway.

The beds were very comfortable. Loved the pillows. 2 queen room was huge. Breakfast was fair. 1 person in our party loves toast, but no bread just bagles.

We were in building 3 and had a block 1 1/2 walk to the breakfast. Rooms weren't very sound proof, we could hear dog barking, baby crying. Parking is pretty tight. Over all I would stay there again.

The staff was always helpful and friendly each time we came into the lobby. We appreciated the free room upgrade that gave us a kitchen. It was such a treat. The room was clean and had a fairly good breakfast spread. All foods were on-the-go type and we especially liked the breakfast burritos. Also, restaurants and Safeway are an easy walk away. Walking around town is a must as we found a tiny Thai restaurant (Secret Thai Cafe) tucked in a corner and a beautiful healing garden across from the hospital.

We didn't have this issue this time at the hotel but last time we were in a different building (kitty corner to Farmin Park) and the wi-fi was only available in one small corner of the room. This last trip we were in the closest building to the lobby and we had no issues with the wi-fi.

Location was great , walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had the jacuzzi sweet, it had free private parking right next to our door! The room was up do date and very clean. We wanted to take the bed home with us, most comfortable bed we have ever slept in in a hotel! Room was right on a street but the sound canceling walls and doors made it seem extremely quiet in the room. Breakfast was grab and go, burritos fruit pastries bagels juice tea coffee bottled water.

We were extremely pleased with our stay and room, only things we were bummed about were the fire place that did not work and the jacuzzi tub in the room would not stay full! We would get it full turn on the jets and with in 15 minutes the water would be drained below the jets and we would have to turn them off and refill. It really was an inconvenience because we rented the room for the fireplace and jacuzzi tub!
