Extremely friendly staff, great selection of food for dinner, separated dining area for adults only.

The spa area was not connected to the mansion we stayed in, so in winter it is difficult to walk over in bathrobe.

Amenities were in a good condition. The bath house with the slides and the pools for children are a good addition. The nearby old town is excellent, where you could visit a farm to pet animals including a llama, ride a pony/horse, and do all sorts of activities. The breakfast selection was ok, nothing fancy though. The dinner was tasty with a good range of choices to pick from.

The hotel is cheap for drinks selection available at breakfast, fizzy drink machines are turned off. Juice machine refills were also often empty, 2 of them ran out, only the third one was operational.

Buffet breakfast, good selection.

No variety for the breakfast, the selection stayed the same for 3 mornings.

The gardenhouse's attic room's style and vibe is fantastic.

The place is a bit in the middle of nowhere.

very extraordinary place. it’s not just an hotel but is a village with different buildings and a typical medieval village inside. we spen the night in the room “attic” and it is big with a big bathroom. very good the breakfast with many choices.

just soap dispenser but not shampoo . maybe to improve the availability of cosmetics in the room

Was visiting the place in relation to a family celebration. Located in a beautiful natural environment. Staff did their best to make our stay pleasant, all my appreciation.

During the years the facility got slightly warn out - the place obviously has seen better times. In general the service is "good", but with somewhat ownership (not necessary money) could become "great".

Excellent food

"Villa" where the room was, was not a villa at all. Dark, untidy, room with spiderwebs, very unpleasant accommodation! The balcony was dirty, filthy, only two chair and samll but dirty table.
