The owner was very kind, friendly, and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and it was very quiet. The grounds were well maintained and serene. It was the perfect location to overnight prior to our hike at Joffre Lakes.
It was basic but good location, clean , and well-run with kind staff. A good value for the price. I don’t have any negative feedback. We were very happy with our stay.

Great room. Family 2 adults, 1 toddler (2 years old) 1) Large enough room with a mini kitchen. 2) The presence of 2 beds, comfortable mattresses, clean and ironed linens, which is important for a comfortable sleep 3) Working stove, refrigerator, coffee maker. There were no dishes, it did not bother us at all. Basic things were with us 4) Quick check-in and convenient check-out.

We enjoyed the stay at the motel. The room was clean, comfortable and the area was peaceful. Having a kitchen was useful. There were sufficient plates, glasses, cutlery, utensils for two people. Nature was on the doorstep. Pemberton has a good selection of shops and places to eat.
The decor could be updated, but apart from that, everything was fine.

The room was very clean with a nice view on the mountain. We didn't like busy Whistler so this location was perfect for us , travelling to the rockies. It was better that we expected after reading some reviews. Yes furniture is a bit outdated, but its very tidy and clean!
The kitchenette could use some more utencils (salt/pepper/canopener). Bed is firm, but not too bad.

Check in person Melissa? gave good recommendations for food. She was also very helpful when I left a message re something left in the room. She searched the room and called me back.
Nothing !This is a basic motel but it is comfortable and good value.

Location and room was good
There was a huge fight just next to our room. Some people were fighting and making loud noises, and the floor shook heavenly. But no one came to stop it, no manager, no one; what about the safety of other people living there? The fight continues for 45 minutes, with so much abuse and noise. It

Quiet location, large room, comfortable bed and good shower. It's old and a bit run down but fine as a one night stop.
The larger rooms are all upstairs and the "window rattler" a/c is pretty noisy. Luckily it wasn't too warm so we could turn the a/c off before bed time.

The room was clean and simple, adequate for a night's stay before our early hike at Joffre Lakes which are 25 minutes away by car. The room has been updated with newer furniture and laminate floor.
Not much. Maybe soundproofing? I can hear my neighbour downstairs trying to plug in a phone charger at night. But for a motel with a history, things like that just can't be fixed.

A bit out of the busy side of Pemberton, but nicely situated and reachable. Cosy rooms with a nice kitchen. A lot of greenery around the motel. The friendly owners were nice and helpful. Just a good place to stay a few nights.
It all looks a bit outdated, but the owners are renovating bit by bit, so to see. And that's a good thing.

The 2BR appartment was comfortable for 2 couples. There was a lot of space. We used the kitchen for breakfast and it was very convinient.
The motel is located in a place that was not very nice. There were ants in one of the bedrooms. No racks in the bathroom
