Location of montebello just outside the village suited us perfectly as a family. Glad we had a car as this just made everything so much easier. Close to marketplace for shopping and 2 minute drive to village fro anything else. If you dont have a car, get lockers in the village to store your ski's. The hot tub was awesome.

Not much, we had planned form teh location so there were no surprises. The insane lines on weekends, definately plan your ski days for mid week.

Great property with more than enough amenities! Pots and pans, grill utensils and more! Location was great and close to Whistler downtown and Ski resort. Plenty of space!

Maybe just more info on house supplies prior to arrival.

-the property had many rooms and their own washrooms. that was a bonus. - great location, walking distance to everything. but also very quiet from everywhere. - the kitchen has all appliances and utensils.

our unit was missing the BBQ. the staff offered to bring us one. checkin was a little complicated. our unit # for our property was changed 3 times - our email confirmation has 2 different unit #’s and then when we checked in person, it was neither of the units in our confirmation. -one of the stove top burner was not working. we mentioned it to the staff.

It offers lots of space. Kitchenware is complete. Jacuzzi is nice.

Wifi is less than satisfactory. Only the study has stable connection. Location is a bit off the action centre, we got to drive to the centre and was a hassle looking for parking.

The lodge is located about a 10 minute walk from Whistler Village, which is an easy walk in summer. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 en suite, and a 3rd bathroom downstairs next to the 3rd bedroom. The lounge and dining room are large and comfortable. The kitchen is reasonable but a little small. The whole property is stylishly decorated and very comfortable. The outside space is great. While there is a lovely large garden shared with all of the lodges, each has an area with a BBQ and spa which is totally secluded. Be aware that the residential complex is completely open - we had a bear wander up to our back door while we were eating dinner. Fortunately, we had closed the screen door shortly beforehand and doubt it would have come close had we still been outside, but do take the necessary sensible precautions.

The kitchen was a little short on basics, particularly for a place that can sleep up to 8, for example, there were only 2 dinner knives. There was also no tea provided and only 2 coffee pods provided (for 4 people staying 3 nights), so we had to go out and stock up ourselves. Our typical experience is that holiday accommodation has basics like foil, cling wrap etc for guests to use, either provided by hosts or left by previous visitors, but there was nothing like that here.

Comfortable. Well equipped. Good value.

When we arrived, there were used wet towels on the floor in two of the bathrooms, and the soaps had been opened and used. We had to contact the Chamois front desk and order replacement towels.

The location was good and the cozy for family of 6.

The decor & furnishings needs to be updated, considering the weekly rate paid. One of the doona covers was falling apart found bedding to be quite tired.

Clean, conveniently located, very pretty location, quiet.

HVAC was not cool enough. Areas of the Condo were too warm and we were unable to cool those areas down because the HCAV control had a Governor which prevented us lowering the temperature.

air conditioning 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths master bedroom on same floor as living dining and kitchen. master bedroom had walk in shower! we brought our own shower bench and suction cup wall handles for safety reasons. high speed internet well appointed kitchen walking distance to village center hot tub

we would have appreciated 2 armchairs in master bedroom, to sit in to watch tv as opposed to sitting in bed, and a couple of lawn chairs for the yard, around the hot tub.

It was so cozy and brilliantly appointed - sometimes you stay with six people and there are only six spoons and six bowls and six cups…. This place has plenty of everything and is so comfortable. We loved our stay!
