The cleanliness of my room and the overall cleanliness of the building. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

A few things were a bit dated, but overall, well maintained. It seemed like walls were a bit thin, as the person sleeping in the next room could be heard snoring like a bear.

Breakfast was good especially with the omlette station, but the breakfast room was very crowded. It's not big enough for many people. An the omlette attendant was inundated with a lot of orders; a bigger station would be better. The room was nice but bathroom a little small. A little pricey for the size of room that you get plus the room is somewhat dated.

Breakfast room was very small for the amount of guests that the hotel ca accommodate. The wait time for an omelet to be made was long; again to small an operation for the amount of guests. Sliding door on bathroom needs a pull handle to completely close and lock and the room is quite outdated; no usb charging ports for example.

The location was great, right on our route for our trip. There was ample parking, the facilities were great, the staff was very pleasant and the breakfast in the morning was nice. They have a person on staff who will cook an omelette for you if you desire.

The parking lot is a multi facility lot with other businesses around. I was a bit nervous about the safety of my classic car over night due to the high volume of various types of people around the lot. I had no issues but it made me worry about it a bit.

Easy of check-in/out, friendly staff, they had breakfast staff making omelets to-order. Got an upstairs room and it was very quiet and easy to rest, after a long day of driving. This was one of the most pleasant, overnight stays I had for this reason, as part of a larger Grand Circle trip.

Just the general area was OK, a little run down (truck stop, overpriced souvenir store), but close to freeway access. I was a little iffy about my car in the parking lot. I made sure it was within camera view. Anytime you see signs about “not responsive for theft or damage to vehicle”, etc, that’s generally not a good sign.

We loved staying on Historic Route 66, and for one night in Gallup en route to Utah, we felt it definitely met our needs (comfort, breakfast, location, staff, etc.). The omelettes were a welcome addition to the traditional continental breakfast.

Not having an elevator to the second floor made for a few trips up and down the stairs with our luggage. We also were not thrilled with the lack of AC in the breakfast area. The constant trains at night were noticeable, but not as bad as our experience elsewhere near a level crossing!

Convenient location, right by restaurant, homemade omelets, comfortable bed,

Hallways look like your in prison, no designated spot to take your pet to potty, when got to our room the bathroom had a tub shower but I booked a roll in shower, the desk clerk argued with me that I didn't but I had it in my confirmation email, my husband wouldn't let me go show her said just leave it alone I'll help you get in shower.

I've stayed here before and it was just as good as I remember. The location is great, especially if you are still travelling. It's on the edge of town, so you don't have to go too deep into town to find it. It has a great price and the staff is excellent. I actually arrived a few hours early due to traffic being much better than expected, so I had nothing to do for about three hours. Even though I was a few hours early, they let me check in early. That made things much easier for me.

Nothing. I was pretty happy with the experience.

We do not normally stay at a 2 star hotel chain, but with the great reviews, we decided to try it. The exterior is clean, but gave the low-end vibe, so I was a little worried upon arrival. Once inside, my fears were relieved. Very clean hotel & room. No elevator, so if stairs are a problem, make sure to book ground floor. Made to order omelettes included with breakfast. Pleasantly surprised.

The made to order omelet and biscuits & gravy were excellent. The room is very quiet. The room A/C - heater unit worked very well and was very quiet.

Taller toilets or safety handles to help get up from the toilet (I am very tall, and very old). My mattress was very uncomfortable because it was too hard. This is about my fifth stay at this very hotel, and the first tim I noticed an uncomfortable bed. (I was in room #117)

Breakfast was great!!!! Loved the omelets made fresh to order. Definitely a highlight. Very comfortable bed. Great layout of the room. Wonderful shower.

The room was too hot, particularly with the very heavy comforter/blanket. Had to turn on the AC on in the winter just to cool the room down to a good sleeping temperature that matched the comforter.
