Super comfortable, spacious room in a gorgeous forest location (but reachable by public bus from Cochem). The beds and showers were great and the breakfast buffet was so huge and varied! Also the bathrobes in the room were a nice touch. I don't often stay in hotels (usually hostels) but this one was such a good price and amazing value. Definitely spend more than one day if you can, and explore the castles and hiking trails around the area!

Wonderfully calm retreat but just 5 minutes from Cochem ! Breakfast buffet ample, hot and cold, and as much to eat as you like. I would stay here again.

Odd that such a beautiful hotel, 3 star for Germany, had for example bedside wall lights that didnt work, an oldish lift, and a minibar just with softs. In France where l live that would qualify as a 2-star lm sure.

Very comfortable bed, great service in the restaurant, excellent food and wine, well appointed and clean room.

The lighting in the room was a little dim and it would be helpful to have more disabled parking near to the hotel (only one space that was occupied and everything else close to the hotel was taken)

Beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature, you can hear birds singing and a stream flowing. Very good breakfast, everyone will find something for themselves. Good Wi-fi.

Beautiful location at the end of a country lane. Easy check in. Very comfortable and clean room. Hot shower. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant staff. Would absolutely stay here again!

You do need a car to stay here. I had a rental car so it was perfect for me.

Location is incredible, nestled inside the forest. There is a restaurant attached which was very good with great wines. I loved the tranquility as my room overlooked the stream and I fell asleep to the sounds.

Nothing to note, communal areas need a bit of a clean.

Breakfast very good, hotel in a nice quiet location and parking felt safe for a motorcycle.

Maybe air conditioning as it was a very hot day.

The location was really perfect: at the end of the road in the forest. The staff was very polite and friendly (except for the dog at the reception-desk). The restaurant exceeded our expectations: lovely menus and elegant wines.
