Super comfortable room and beds. Incredibly kind staff who made everyone feel welcome and offered help. Breakfast was available early and warm. Easy access to highway.

AC was a bit of learning curve; it seemed to go either full on or immediately stuffy in the room when off. I finally got it sorted but you need to set it for lower than you think to keep the room cool all night. Still, great room!

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette area with a sink which was nice. The bed and the couches were comfortable. Having a coffee maker and fridge was a nice convenience. All of the staff that we interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area.

Breakfast. I appreciate the free breakfast but choices were severely lacking. Some of the choices, like Chex mix and Goldfish crackers seemed odd to me. There were a few things you could microwave, like frozen cheese omelets, but they only had Styrofoam plates which aren't ideal for the microwave. The addition of bagels or English muffins would go a long way.

Property was easy to get to, right off i77. Check in was very easy, room was clean. Beds were fairly comfortable. Decent amount of choices for breakfast. Stocked drink and snack machines. Good water pressure in shower.

There was a faint smell of smoke in the hallway. Had to hunt someone down in order to check-out.

Our room was very clean and every staff person we encountered was extremely friendly. Beds and pillows were comfy. Shower was hot. I can't comment on breakfast or other amenities as we didnt use them but I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Very nice large clean room. The lady working at check in was very friendly.

Breakfast utensils and food weren’t sufficiently stocked and the lady working was somewhat unfriendly when asked for assistance. Several guests ended up getting in cupboards looking for silverware and napkins themselves.

The hotel was in a quiet location, it was exceptionally clean, the staff was soooo welcoming and really went above and beyond to make us feel valued and welcomed on our last minute stay, with two small tired children!

Comfortable, clean rooms. Variety for breakfast - in fact, some items I had never seen other places & we LOVED it like the slices of cheese & the avocado halves! Thank you! Good price.

The front desk help was dressed VERY inappropriately! They did not keep the breakfast buffet stocked as they should have. Often the coffee was not there as it should have been & the areas were holding very little food. When asked they would stock it but this should have been a priority at breakfast time.

Hotel was clean and nice. Comfortable bed and stay. Friendly staff.

Curtains could have went all the way across so the parking lot couldn’t look into room.

The room could have used new carpet or it should have been cleaned. Otherwise the room was nice and clean.
