This hotel is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and helpful, check in was smooth and easy which we were very thankful for after a long day travelling. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, great start to the day. Our room was absolutely lovely with a fantastic bathroom and very comfortable beds. Parking is great, the hotel itself is in a brilliant location. I would definitely recommend staying here, we will be back in the future.

There was nothing to dislike, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was amazing, the beds were very comfy, and the experience was just superb.

I called ahead to make sure there was a live cooking show on the dates we booked, but when I called to confirm the time on the way to the hotel, they at first said they didn't have my table reservation in their system, and that they actually didn't have the live cooking that night. We were so disappointed as we flew in from different parts of the world, and we told our guests glowing reviews from our experience last year. It was a let down for sure.

Central location. Large room with the highest ceilings you can imagine, in the old telephone building. Free parking.

We arrived at 21:00. No eating options at that time. Last order in restaurant is at 20:45, and no room services. Luckily some restaurants nearby were still open, and we could also have meals delivered at the reception. We found it a bit warm in the corridors and in the room. Breakfast buffet was quite OK, but it lacked sufficient wholewheat bread.

Very cozy and clean, except for the swimming pool - it was really dirty. If you plan to go swimming don’t count on that. On the negative side, lobby shop declined to take cash payments (while the day we arrived there was no problem with that!) On the bright side, absolutely the best breakfast I’ve ever had, huge selection of delicious food. Loved it

The hotel is in an ideal location. In the heart of a wonderful city Roermond ♡     Very friendly - attentive working personal. The room pleased with its cleanliness and comfort in all directions (bed with good pillows - pillows "not a feather filler", which also very pleased me as an allergy sufferer and a very comfortable mattress). Which sometimes some five star hotels can't boast of.  Bathroom. The clean care of the room was well maintained throughout the days.   From the balcony we had a wonderful view of the city center overflowing with historical artifacts...From the height of the wonderful view of St. Christopher's Cathedral, Münster Church and other architectural buildings rich in history. The hotel also left an indelible imprint with its Art Nouveau design.     The design just never ceased to amaze - everything is thought out to the last detail.   Perfectly emphasized the presence of the theater (a combination of a massive chessboard floor with voluminous theatrical velvet curtains and chandeliers. But still seamlessly transitioning into a contemporary style . Also a wonderful restaurant with a rich menu, the presence of a track under the roof for smokers with a heating function. And also an open terace with the possibility of passing time at lunch - dinner - or just enjoy a drink in any weather (there is outside umbrellas).    Breakfast is great, we found everything we wanted and were even pleasantly surprised by the availability , some of  them are rarely found in hotels (we travel quite a lot) - the choice is very large and to suit all tastes.

They charge the parking since May 2025 but it was included in the price earlier. Qpark next door. Easy way to gain easy money, not appreciated. They profit from increased popularity of Roermond and the hotel with the Theater but also the Outlet. Besides better occupancy of the hotel where they gain, the recent charging of the Parking fee is excessive according to me.

The buffet dinner was lovely. They asked us upon check-in if we were interested in booking a table for my family at their restaurant for a live cooking buffet, and they were able to accommodate us even when they were fully booked. The options were plentiful, food was good, service was fantastic. The breakfast buffet options were also quite a lot, which made us pleasantly surprised. Once again, service was amazing, with very helpful servers. The rooms were comfortable and there were a lot of hangers available. Parking was also free for guests so that was a big plus!

The cleanliness was a bit sub-par. After we spoke to the front desk though, they were able to rectify the issue on the same night. They more than made up for it with their service and were very apologetic and made sure we were well taken cared of. The shower bathroom was a bit cramped for the space, but it wasn't a big inconvenience.

The room was comfy, fresh towels everyday, the breakfast was to die for, everything you could imagine was available, it was brilliant. The staff were also top-notch, nothing was to much trouble, from the reception staff to the cleaners, everyone was polite and helpful, they couldn't do enough.

My expectation was far exceeded by this Hotel experience. I've booked the loft room and it was one of the best Hotel rooms I've stayed in and I had my fair share of hotel ledgings. The staff were extremely friendly and the hotel looked clean and well maintained. The location is top notch as you are in the center of the town. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Great family suite with a separate room for the kids, spacious main bedroom with tv area and little dining area and a big clean bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay. Great breakfast with freshly pressed orange juice. Very close to the outlets (2min by car). Parking included. Perfect short stay close to the outlets.
