We travel a lot, really a lot. We use wide range of quality and price level hotels. I will not write about the hotel facilities. You can find it better or worse. I was inspired to write this opinion reading few extremely negative ones. Gosh! Is it really so bad?! The hotel is well managed. Rooms are spacious (our was 95 m2 (superior suite)) but even junior suites are huge - 65 m2. Food is fully acceptable and varied. Sparkling wine to the breakfast, free beer or wine and sangria. Yes, the quality is not on top but look at the price of your stay. Reading negative opinions, I found something like 'my little baby has got a little belly pain next day after eating dinner in the restaurant', 'we arrived tired at midnight and check-in was too slow', 'the boiled egg for breakfast was barely lukewarm and it was only 10:00 AM' (breakfast is from 7:30 to 10:30), 'the floor in our room was outdated'. Folks! Floors in the Buckingham Palace are also outdated!

Night Entertaiment was not very special.

Love that the rooms are large with a separate lounge kitchen and bathroom. The television does have the 5 main english channels if you do fancy a night in. The towels are changed every day and the toiletries shampoo conditioner shower gel are supplied along with a good hairdrier. Beach towels are also supplied with a small deposit. The safe in the room is free. The balcony is also large. Love the fresh cooked omelettes for breakfast. This is one of the closest hotels to the beach and in between the town centre and the shopping mall.

Sometimes the food on the buffet is only luke warm but I use the microwave to warm my food as I like mine steaming hot. Sometimes the music from the pool bar can be loud but not always.

The junior suites were great, spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable and balconies were a lovely size with good views. The pool was salt water so no strong chlorine smell which was great. Around the pools were large double bed loungers as well as regular loungers so it was great to relax. The entertainment manager Kate was fantastic and did a great job with the activities. We thoroughly enjoyed the daily yoga as well as the shooting and darts. The hotel is in a great location with bars, clubs and crazy golf in one direction and a gorgeous beach and shopping mall in the other.

There was work being carried out at the poolside, retiling and fixing showers. Also the spa was not fully open and operational. The main downside for myself was the difficulty involved in organising food which was suitable for dietary requirements. I asked in advance of my stay if it would be OK and was told yes absolutely. Every single meal time I had to hunt down the head chef to find out if anything was suitable for me. Inevitably I ended up having salad, chicken and chips at almost every meal and my family had finished their meals by the time I sat down to eat. The labels on the food to express allergens were frequently Incorrect so I couldn't just eat from the buffet. The rest of my family thoroughly enjoyed the food though.

The hotel is large and our premium sea view room was spacious with a nice big balcony and a beautiful view of the beach and the bay and the bed was enormous. There was a complimentary bottle of Cava in our room upon arrival which was a welcome and very nice touch. The evening entertainment was really enjoyable and held in a partial outside area so was not all hot and crammed in as it is sometimes in hotels. It was nice to be able to choose where you sit at meal times rather than be shown to a table you may not like.

Two things I would mention is that the hotel itself is a bit 'tired'. It didn't bother us much, but it looks as though it needs an update and spruce up, rusty tap connections and vents, cracked/broken tiles unfinished edgings and well worn surfaces. Also part of the hotel was in darkness, where we feel they should have had automatic lighting as you walk through. The main thing which disappointed us was the food which was quite bland and there were relatively small food choices. For the price we paid we would have expected better, but was edible and didn't make us ill plus I didn't have to wash up! There were no choices of coffee in the morning, apart from a standard and tasteless instant; not even filter coffee, so we ended up buying our own sachets from the shop.

We had a suite with a Seaview and we were very pleased with it. The kitchen was well equipped with a decent sized fridge/freezer, a cooker, microwave and enough crockery and cutlery for the two of us. Strangely there was a kettle with a British plug but no adapter( we bought one). The bathroom was equipped with a bath/shower, double sinks, and toilet and bidet screened off in the bathroom. In the bedroom was a super king bed, desk with TV and ample storage space. The living area was equipped with table and four chairs, 2-seat sofa, a lounge chair and a decent sized HD TV including some freeview British channels. The balcony was enormous and kitted out with table with 2 chairs, 2 sun beds and a fantastic sea view overlooking the bay. We were half board and the buffet meals at breakfast and dinner were tasty with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. We only used one of the pools and it was a salt water one with an adequate amount of sun beds. Finally, we were left a bottle of Cava, two cans of water, some chocolates and a voucher for free spa treatments. T The staff we spoke to when we needed something were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, beside a huge beach ( privately run sunbeds at €6 each), some nearby restaurants and bars and a shopping/outlet mall 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walk along the beach. Non-hotel owned parking is available beside and around the hotel.

The coffee in the restaurant was poor, the hot plates at breakfast didn’t keep the buffet dishes hot ( cold sausages, Bacon and beans). We couldn’t get near the bar to use it in the evening as there was a single bar-person catering to huge queues of all-inclusive customers each night, all night! ( luckily there are alternatives nearby!).

We had a Junior Suite with a Premium Sea View—the view was perfect! Every morning, we enjoyed a beautiful sunrise overlooking the beach and harbor. The suite was spacious, featuring a large main bed, a sizable sofa bed, and a large balcony with sunbeds. The hotel's location is great—just a few minutes' walk to the main area of Caleta de Fuste and only a 2-minute walk to the beach, which is right in front of the hotel. We had an all-inclusive package, and there was a great variety of food. Every day, we could choose something different for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately, there are a few negative aspects of the hotel, mainly regarding cleanliness. This issue is not only in the suite where we stayed but throughout the entire hotel. Another concern is that the hotel has seen better days and is in need of a general renovation! Lastly, many of the served dishes were not warm or properly heated—some of the food was cold.

Location was great Food was nice but like all buffets in all inclusive packages. Self service beer is good and the food at the pool bar was nice as an option. Room service second to none every day. Bar service at the pool was excellent as was the bar in the reception area whenever we went in.

We had 4 in our party 2 adults and 1 teen and 1 child. One double bed and a sofa bed was not adequate for 4. The beds in the bedroom are fine for 2 people but the sofa which converts into a bed is not comfortable for one adult and one child. Also the sofa bed could do with thicker mattress so u can’t feel the bars of the sofa coming through. We bought a blowup bed for the youngest to sleep on so it solved a lot of problems. I had emailed the hotel before we went to ask if they could provide the foldout bed to which the response was a flat No. The entertainment leaves a lot to be desired and we ended up going to the Barcelo hotel close by for the entertainment as did a few others from our hotel that we seen around the barcelo at night time.

Our room was spacious, clean, and it had a terrace with a sea view, overlooking the nearby beach. We loved our stay. The hotel is a bit older but it is maintained and it has all the facilities we wanted - a gym, a spa, a nice lobby, swimming pools, solarium beds, and more. There's a parking lot right in front of the hotel. The location was great - just a few hundred meters from a busy center but still quiet. And just a 15 minute drive from the airport. The staff were accommodating, smiling, and friendly. It made the whole stay nice. We've been to Fuerteventura many times and we'll definitely keep this place on our radar for our next stay.

the hotel is very well located right on the promenade and away from the bars and noise in the centre. we had a frontage balcony suite with panoramic views. overall it was very spacious and the bed was comfy. the kitchenette was useful albeit we only catered for ourselves with snacks. worth hiring a car for a few days as we did to see some other parts of the island.

wifi was a bit weak and patchy in our room but probably because we were on the fringe of their signal range. breakfast was rather bland with little variation tho' the coffee was good.
