The breakfast was okay. I wish they had included some meat option, like sausage. It seems most people did not eat the complimentary breakfast though.

The attendant was so helpful. I had been allocated a room with 1 bed but asked for two beds. The lady promptly rectified it and gave us a new room.

The coffee was good, but breakfast left something to desire. .and always feel welcome. I travel and always stay here as close to home , the Carriage House, where my mother is.

A hot breakfast would be nice. The little refrigerator wasn't cold and was hard to get to on the floor and wasn't as tall as my knees. Especially for an old lady.

The location is really good, with eating options within walking distance. The lady at the front desk was very welcoming as well.

This is random but the elevator noises scared me a little. It is an older hotel but it was a nice stay. Also add tub stoppers, had to use a washcloth to plug the drain.

The staff was very friendly. We came to town because of a family funeral and she made sure we were in the same flooor as our other family meme era and that we could get in right away so we could get ready for the funeral! That was so appreciated!!

Was not impressed with the breakfast. I’m diabetic and there was nothing there I could have so we went to restaurant next door The hotel sign was not very visible and the hotel was behind other buildings. We had to do two uturns on a very busy street to pull in!

This was a convenient location. The staff was wonderful.

A little more attention to cleanliness of floors (especially corners) and bathroom. Hair in the tub that was not mine, and bathtub faucet dripped continuously. Usually, hotels with this price point have a small fridge and microwave, as well as a full breakfast with some kind of protein.

Plenty of Parking, quite, and the breakfast was good, room was clean

Room was small and it was supposed to have a king size bed but only had a queen size, super small mini fridge was on the floor with the microwave on top of it made the room look cheap.

Breakfast a little sparse but ok for a continental one. Food coffee. Bananas missing.

Powerful smell in hotel. Very overwhelming. Strong enough to enter rooms from hallway. Need to get a cleaner scent if the plan is to use timed scent releasers.

The staff was excellent! The instant hot showers. New refrigerator. Soft quality towels.

After 2 years the elevator still needs help. Scary noises make you feel unsafe. You filled up the pool with cement! 😢😢 My grandkids and their mom and dad went to a different hotel after seeing this. It would be great if you had a hospitality room.

I love the doors to rooms are inside facility. I like the fact it is close to the carriage house as my reason for visiting here. Staff is always helpful and pleasant

The door to room was difficult to open as was not closing properly. It was a door that is like on air compression or something 🤔??? Just like never completely closed

This was a good location for our needs while in town. The staff was responsive and helpful. Ample parking. Our only downer was for some reason housekeeping missed our room 3 out of 4 days. Maybe since it was a holiday weekend they were not fully staffed or something, but we ran out of toilet paper and had to come down to ask for towels twice. But otherwise, would highly recommend. It's an excellent value, tons of food and grocery within walking distance. There was no fridge in the room to store anything, but it was easy enough to buy food daily.

Housekeeping may need more staffing. The shower leaked continuously, it didn't disrupt our stay but it probably costs the hotel a lot on their water bill.
