This is a lovely place to stay. The hosts are outstanding and very welcoming - it felt as though we were visiting old friends even though we had only just met. The garden is superb, full of delightful things to discover, and the house itself is breathtaking. Beautifully decorated, so cosy and homely with every possible need catered for, and just a joy to stay there. It was difficult to leave as we enjoyed it so much.

A hidden gem. A real bed & breakfast run by husband and wife (both artists); lovely people. The owner even cooked a dinner for me as I was arriving late. Beautiful tranquil cottage with a large area for guests with a sitting room (mezzanine) as well as a bedroom and private bathroom and shower. And the owners' art everywhere: paintings and sculptures; even the bedroom has been individualy painted with 4 murals.

This is little untypical place. It is a true home for couple of artists. Their home is full of art and travel artefacts. It is a rural house and in the middle of nowhere. Very quite. You can nice local dinner. The hosts are nice friendly people.

Exceptionally calm setting overlooking a calm valley. Nice hosts and a good local cuisine meal.

There are 2 access roads, one of which is barely for walking. Impossible with a car... Once we found the other access road it was easy to reach.

Beautiful house and accommodation in a perfect locations - The hosts were brilliant, the dinner was great, made from locally grown and farmed organic produce, washed down with local cider - Beds were comfy. Breakfast was great.

Absolutely charming host, bedroom beautifully styled, very comfortable bed. There was in fact a small suite - bedroom with large bed, shower /toilet next door, small dining area where we had a pre-booked local recipe meal in the evening ( which included a bottle of the local cider, a bit like a Cremant - delicious and unexpected) and breakfast was served in the morning. Not keen on instant coffee ( however grand the manufacturer's claims are) and I hope never to see another LIpton's tea-bag (though that's what French hosts everywhere offer!) Beautiful building and surroundings, not that easy to find - down a long, winding road better for tractors than cars.. Husband a painter/sculptor, examples of his work everywhere.

A simple filter coffee machine would have provided much better coffee for breakfast. More precise directions to the property inc signs to watch out for on the main road (easily seen coming from the west but missed as we drove from the east!) - would be helpful. There is no TV at the property ( mentioned in ad) and the wi-fi signal not the best.

Ceilings are a bit low but this is a magical location in Normandy. The house is a converted farm building but it is lovely and unique.

Beautiful location, very charming and clean room. The bed is very comfortable and having breakfast with those views was just exceptional.

Wonderful quirky building. Excellent meal on arrival. Loved the company of the cats!

There was some confusion about our reservation though the host took it in here stride and provided well for us even though she wasn't expecting us!
